  I found this on another thread on the same topic. It's the same solution Pinaki is suggesting, but using the prompt instead of the graphical interface of Windows. It worked for me. Post here where everyone thinks that they are useful.

  1. Open an administrative command prompt (go to the start screen, type 'cmd', right-click on command prompt and press "Run as Administrator")
  2. Type the following commands to four in the command prompt:

  Noticed the updates pending, tried to download them, got the message 'fail' for Camera Raw 9 and bridge CC update. Click on the error, and I see the following:

  Update failed

  Download appears to be damaged. Please try to download it again. (U43M1D204)

  I use Adobe Creative Cloud on OS X 10.10.3. MacBook Pro 11.3, clean recent install of OS X Yosemite.

  I see the same error for Camera RAW 9 update to CC on a completely different computer, also a Mac running OS X 10.9.5.

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.
