  Creative cloud app that supposedly guard all updated constantly crashing and connect on, and when I go to the window, it says: "download error. Please try again to try again or contact customer support. "By clicking reload Applications, of course, do nothing. And then it disconnects me.

• No code error when you try to download apps: "download error".

  I do not receive an error code, but I get a message in Apps that says "download error". It is what is in my journal: 07/02/15 9:59:25.937 AM Console [1104]: unable to connect (_consoleX) out of (NSApplication) (ConsoleX): lack of setter or an instance of suggestions variable?

  No one can tell you much without good information system. This looks simply to your firewall or other security tool blocks the connection between the installer and logging.

  My creative Cloud Desktop under Apps menu shows not all apps. I've already got Illustrator CC on my computer for a trial version. I can open and it works fine. When I try to download Photoshop CC I get a "download error please Contact Customer Support" (see the picture I included). This is a new computer that I am doing this on.

  What I want is to have Photoshop CC as an Illustrator CC.

  Can someone help me?

  Excellent thanks for the Jabberwocky777 update.  If you are having similar trouble reinstalling Adobe Creative applications then please see CC Office lists the applications as "up-to-date" during the no facility not - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.  Please be aware that uninstalling programs have to be executed at instead drag the application to the trash.

  for about 4 weeks my creative application of cloud does not show other applications and says "download error".

  Dreamweaver has started to show a lot of mistakes, so I had to uninstall it but now cannot re install.

  I moved my user account from my laptop older on a new and now my creative section reports Cloud APPS download error contact Customer Support. I update the last creative cloud App.

  First of all provide full permissions to the ~/library/Application Support.Adobe.

  Mac has 2and ~/library libraries/library

  Then rename the folders OOBE and AAMUpdater and check it out.

• Message 'Download error' on the Apps page

  So I downloaded creative cloud last night and I fell immediately on issues - everything first when I downloaded the app, it was simply nothing appear in the window, but I managed to fix that, whenever I tired to download Photoshop whenever the download has reached 40%, I received a notice of default to extract the files , and now I can't even try to install Photoshop more because when I go to the apps page I am greeted by this error message

  

  To say the least, it starts to become a little bit boring - I tried the fixes suggested such as deleting the files from AAMUpdater and OOBE files but still this correction does not work - I am running windows 7, if that helps at all
