CC asks me to connect, but then he said: you are disconnected.

CC is asking me to sign in which I do but then he says I have disconnected and asks me to reconnect. I use CC for a few months now, and this just happened this morning. So I click on connect and it does exactly the same thing. I go along the way and round round.

    So my Acer Aspire 571 e5 which ive been using for about 3 days just had a windows update. Now, it starts well but I get a black screen when I connect. However, some programs are always able to see and popup randomly. I also tried to go into my bIOS, but it asks for a password that I don't know.

    (2) you will get advance options. Click on troubleshoot---> advanced---> start---> restart settings---> and select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

    (3) once in office in safe mode, open Device Manager, click on the video card, right-click on it and choose unisntall

    (4) restart and check if it works

  • I can connect to the internet, but sometimes the message "You are not connected to internet", then after a second or two, it connects

    Just bought new HP with Windows 8 desktop computer, and it connects to the internet through a wired connection.  However, sometimes when you try to connect, the message "you are not connected to a network rises, then it usually connects."  This message also may appear when trying to back up a new web page.

    Disabled the antivrus, no change.  Plugged a laptop using the same modem and connections with no problems at all, so there seems to be something specific with this new desktop computer.

    Any suggestions on how to stop this sporadic message appear?

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you are getting a server connection error when trying to scan to e-mail. I would like to help.

    There are two ways to go about this. It's either scanning to email app that is having the problem, or the printer it's impossible to connect to Web Services. It is easy to discover this.     I have a laptop with a Windows 2003 virtual machine (VPC 2007) with IIS 6.0, hosting a Web site for testing and development.
