CC Log - In Loop even after uninstalling unresolved

Hello guys!
I have the problem that whenever I want to start an application, he sends me just in a loop. Whenever I have connection, five seconds after I have to log in again.
I'm working on Windows 7. Here some screenshots unfortunatelly in German:

The first that appears says I need to connect. It's also weird that it's telling the terms and Conditions for the TEST version.

I already tried things proposed as the LAN settings, delete the file OOBE and even uninstall each program including the application of Office CC (with creative cloud cleaning tool) and delete all other Adobe files.

I also tried to change my E-Mail address in case it is in some way has confused and linked to my old E-Mail with the Trial Version - I had once installed.

But everything I try always sends me into this loop. I can't use any program now for a week and I really urgent projects to do.

    Can you please try to install Adobe Application Manager of http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774.

    If this does not work then the safest course would be to remove all Adobe Creative Software using the uninstaller programs located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.  This should then remove the Adobe Application Manager folder also within public services.  Once the software is completely uninstalled and Adobe Application Manager is deleted, then you should be able to reinstall it from https://creative.adobe.com/.

    I would go into the registry and see if you can find any mention of Broderbund the print shop 20.

    Go to start. In the start search box, type Regedit.
    Then, in the Menu bar, go to Edition and select search. In the find what box, type the string value you want to search.

    Please make a backup before you make any changes in Regedit. If you are not comfortable making changes, then please take it to a qualified person who can help you with your problem.
    You may need to contact Broderbund to determine if they have a removal tool or they can tell you where to find entries in the registry.

    Well, if you read my question, you would see that I already used the uninstall program, without success. However, I already solved this problem with the use of a 3rd party application, which removes the notification icons, when they are left behind by uninstalled apps. Thanks for the help though.

    The bridge creates and registers the UserID as Photoshop bridge preferences don't.  When Photoshop ID corrupt user preferences Photoshop may not start.   See if you can find your user id Bridge preferences folder and rename it.  Then try to start the bridge.  The bridge can create a new set of preferences for your username and start correctly.
