CC of Photoshop (2014) fails to start (0xc000007b)

I just installed Photoshop CC (2014) - everything seemed ok. However when I try to launch PS I get the following message "the application failed to start properly (Oxc 000007 b) click OK to close the application.

ACR also displays the same message when I try to open an image in Psalm

Any help would be much appreciated - summer on hold now for 30 minutes with the Technical Support of Adobe UK.

OK, FINALLY got it working, here's how to solve...

(1) uninstall C++ 2012 redistributable files, the (x 86) and (x 64).

(2) Goto C:\windows\system32 and make sure that these files have disappeared (otherwise, delete them): msvcp110.dll & msvcr110.dll

(3) re - install the 2012 in C++ Redistributable (x 86) and (x 64). http://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?ID=30679

(4) ensure that the new msvcp110.dll is 661 456 bytes.

(5) open CC 2014!

The problem is the msvcp110.dll file that was present was 535 008 bytes instead of 661 456 bytes. Even reinstalling the C++ 2012 was not up to date the file as it was supposed to, so the old man, we stayed.

I installed 6 Lightroom on my laptop (perpetual license, no cc, machine is a dell win 7 64 bit, Intel core I7, 32 MB memory processor). No problem to install.
I can't run the program. The message "the application failed to start Oxc00007b - click ok to close.»
I spent hours searching the Internet for a solution. No way at the moment. Of course, I uninstalled, reinstalled and so on.
I copied the DLL as suggested in the post from adobe (error: "unable to start correctly (0Xc000007b)")
I did a windows repair using the microsoft web site
All other applications work without a problem, including lightroom 5.7 and photoshop CS5
I have not uninstalled visual c ++ libraries, ignoring it to other uses of the application which version of C++
I'm stuck with my problem. Could someone help?

Photoshop 2014 (Win7) crashes when you save large files

Hello
A new user in our design Department has problems with its Photoshop 2014 frequently crashing when saving large files.
It runs on a new brand PC (Windows 7 x 86), which has all the latest drivers for hardware and Windows updates. CC Adobe indicates that no update is available for Photoshop.
After installation of the product, I'm not particularly familiar with Photoshop, so apologies if it is a common/known issue that I'm not aware of.
I don't think it's a hardware problem as only Photoshop is having these issues (the user is also AutoCAD 2014, which works perfectly). However, I ran Memtest 86 + all night, who reported no errors.
Here is a typical crash report and also a copy/paste info from System. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful.

No offense, but for any PS works by today's standards, what you have here is simply not enough. The registration process fails probably simply run out of memory during the generation of the preview or other operation. Unless you add more RAM and get the 64 bit, your problems probably will not disappear, and I would like to same thing working with ACAD on such a system is not particularly nice, considering the amount of RAM it uses to load its libraries and a few other things...

Whenever I get updates for my Microsoft Vista. To get a slow start and programs that fail to start?

I have the following problems

GTA 4 has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect

When I click on gtaIV.exe, the window indicates that the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe for more details. (you can also see the image I have uploaded. help me please...)

This problem may have different bugs, according to the version.
What version of the game you are using, retail disk, steam or other?
Have you tried to reinstall the game?

Integrated WebLogic fails to start after you have added the security provider

I'm new in the adf and weblogic. I use weblogic built-in jdev 12 c 12.1.2.
I set up the security in my weblogic using this blog.

SQL authentication is configured using a data source. If I change the name of blind in weblogic in the config.xml file data source, he throws exception but able to start the server. can any body help to what he's trying to find the data source before inilizing it. Here is my file config.xml

Latest version of Photoshop CC fails on Windows 10

Hi, since update Photoshop CC in December, he started working very very bad... when switching between different tools, it becomes unresponsive for a few seconds (3-5 seconds)... If you press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to bring the the Task Manager to the top and immediately block it Photoshop wakes instantly... otherwise, you have to wait 3-5 seconds to start working again... I thought that it is Windows problem and so I formatted Windows 10 and did a clean install of it... but the problem remains so I guess that's something Photoshop as Adobe CC programs work very well and without any problems...
I have laptop Lenovo Y50-70 with Intel Core i7 CPU 4710HQ 2.50 GHz, 16 GB RAM, GeForce 860 M with 4 GB of Ram (with of course latest nVidia drivers)... so I guess it's not the worst machine to run Photoshop...
What can do since it is really annoying?

more funny is that when Photoshop stops, if you quickly hit CTRL + ALT + DEL to bring up the Task Manager and quickly press ESC to return to Photoshop it thaws it and Photoshop again become sensitive...

After a bit of research I have removed from Lightroom and re-installed system by using the CC. Now when I try to edit in Photoshop 2014 2014 Photoshop opens, but the image I want to change has not transmitted over ata all.
I then had a trial with Bridge. I chose to browse in Bridge from Photoshop 2014 and instead of bridge, I had the Applet Adobe CC pop up offering to bridge update (which was aware of anyway) and warning me to lose settings if I did. I've updated the bridge and then updates to Lightroom and Photoshop 2014 were offered, I installed. They did not have a blind bit of difference, I still can not make photos from Lightroom to Photoshop and still failed to open the bridge of Photoshop - she always opens the applet CC.
Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

The answer seems to be uninstall the Adobe CC applet and then reinstall again (while I was doing that I have re-installed Photoshop 2014). Everything works fine now.

It has windows xp pre installed and fails to start windows
because the file system is missing.
What can I do?

Why you need a floppy disk?
As far as I know this laptop has an internal CD/DVD drive.
I think you simply boot from the Toshiba Recovery CD and must be reinstalled the operating system!

If all goes well it s not a serious fault because sometimes this seems due to HARD drive failure.
But like I said above usually the new installation of operating system restore CD for this problem
