CC of Photoshop pentool problem...!

After installing the update little Photoshop CC I have problems with the pen tool. It doesn't show - sign to delete the point of anchorage or sign + to add the new anchor point. Each time add or remove the anchor point, I need to right click and select this option from the context menu.

Any suggestions? I'm tired of this problem...

  • Photoshop update problems

    Photoshop update problems, reaching 42% and fails, restarted the computer and everything did its ask me, still nothing. Go to the cloud creative Uninstalling everything again and uninstall fails as well. No idea why?

  • My operating system is Windows XP and the display color quality setting properties automatically by default, low (8-bit) then access to Photoshop, this problem just started.

    Every time I use Photoshop CS5, the color quality setting in display properties by default on bass (8-bit), and I have to change the settings back to the high (32 bit) in order to use Photoshop. This has happened for at least a week; Why this problem persists I don't know.

    Thanks for writing. I have an Intel 82865 G Graphics Controller and I think I have the latest drivers, but your answer refers specifically to a device driver. So I hope to go online at the Intel Web site and search for a device driver. I'll let you know if it works and thank you once again.

  • Photoshop CS5 - problems with your installation

    I tried several times to install Production Premium CS5 - Photoshop only (x 64 + standard) - on a new workstation Win10 Pro and keeps it fails with the message error "there was a problem with your installation. Adobe support insisted I download the latest version, as I did, but it made no difference. So they cannot give aid because CS5 is not the latest version of the product.

    An idea that MAY work to install or run some programs in Windows 10 old... works for some, not for others

  • File save/open Photoshop CS6 problem

    A couple of weeks ago, I had a completely new hard drive put in my Mac laptop (mid-2012, 13 inches, El Capitan 10.11.5 running). I opened my CS6 today and found that when I tried to open or save files I'm done with this screen appearance.

    I left, made sure my Photoshop was fully updated, made sure my Mac has been completely updated, but he continued to show this screen.

    Went and did some around reading on the internet, says to check the GPU has been clicked on Preferences < Performance but is greyed out

    Now, I'm more an artist than a tech assistant, so I'm a little lost as what to try next. Could be a problem caused by the work done on the new hard drive? I can't really send my laptop to the shop for the next month or so because I have exams so is there anything else I can try to get this system still play ball.

    So it seems that the answer to this question is leave it a few days and it will fix itself... either that or he had a sort of task on the last update...

  • Installation of Photoshop CS6 problem (Windows 7-64 bit)

    Hi guys,.

    I do not have to install Photoshop CS6 trial in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit,

    I download the demo version of Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.

    I get no error message number. It starts the installation, and in the middle of installation it stops and says "Some of our products is not installed."
    I tried to install the same version of Vista Home 32 bit and had no problem.

    Are there special requirements for this installation?

    Hi Santosbr,

    Please uninstall the Creative Suite 6 of your machine completely.

    After that, turn a security software installed on your machine with firewall system.

    In addition, Veuileez check that you logged in as an administrator on your machine.

    After this try the installation again, if it still does not work then please check the installation log files and analyze to find out the root cause of the problem. See,

    I have to pay a monthly subscription for all photography and I adobe applications like photoshop and Lightroom 6 I used on my laptop without a problem until 2 days ago, but now my phone is completely dead. I have a windows Tablet and that you have installed applications. My problem/question is, I tried to open the Lightroom Catalog. How do I get 6 Lightroom on the Tablet I can get with my editing. It is v5.7.1 the latest version on my tablet at the moment. My deadline to the Faculty is a week away!

  • Event Photoshop CC problem APPCRASH

    My Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 has stopped working. I cannot open any file or create a new file, nothing. I am running Windows 7, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop twice (once keep preferences, once evacuation of preferences). We have also updated the latest video drivers. At this point, we don't know what the problem is and could really use some help.

    Note: I heard that similar problems have been resolved by turning off OpenGL, but I only found this with photoshop CS5 or earlier. CS5 was preferred in Edition > Preferences > general, but that doesn't seem to be where he is in Photoshop CC.

  • Scratch brush Photoshop CS6 problem


    As you can see in the video above, I have a problem where the brush streaks all the way through to my document when I used the Brush tool. This only happens if I drag the brush. I can click and make the fixed lines, but when I drag the brush the streak appears. It was beyond frustrating. I googled the hell out of this issue, and I came up with absolutely nothing.

    Try right clicking on the tool in the tool options bar, and then click Reset all tools.  If the do not correct the problem, try resetting your Photoshop preferences.

    CS6 is very buggy if all CS6 updates are not installed.  You should be one of these levels. Perpetual CS6 Mac 13.0.6, Windows 13.0.1.3 or subscription CS6 version 13.1.2.

  • Questions: Re-installation of Photoshop CS3, problem: "a license for this product has stopped working".

    My old computer has Photoshop CS3 (and Illustrator CS3) installed.  The old computer is dead. I did a Time Machine backup from another computer of backup", who had both of these installed applications.  (2 installs is allowed).  I have records of origin for both applications.  My new Mac lacks a DVD player.  So, I downloaded two applications from Adobe.  Photoshop: I launched the installer, & Photoshop CS3 is not installed.  Then I installed the Photoshop.  When Photoshop is launched, I got the dialog box: (((a license for this product has stopped working.  You cannot use this product at this time.  You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contact your COMPUTER administrator or Adobe customer support for assistance. ()) Adobe fails to phone support for CS3 products.
