  I used the range CC for a year, then cancelled and bought the only suite of Photoshop/Lightroom. Lightroom works fine, but Photoshop does not recognize that I have a license. Anyone else having a similar problem? I've even now went to remove Photoshop and try to reinstall, but still insist that Photoshop Download Manager in on my computer and up to date.

  In fact, it turned out that the license server was apparently down for awhile, as coincidentally at the time Photoshop may need to check if my license was updated to Adobe. Actually, when I click on the "Manage my account" link, the page would take up to 15 minutes to load, or not at all. When I tried to open Photoshop again later in the day, he started late.

  Lightroom 5.7.1 is the latest version that is compatible on 32-bit computers.

  LR 6 serial number will not work for LR 5.

  Lightroom version 5 S/N is the separate serial number.

  In this case, you will need to contact the Support from Adobe and to return the product if you do not buy 64-bit computer and see if you can buy 5 LR.

  I can't download photoshop cs6 which I had to uninstall.  In fact, it seems down.load but does not install.  I can't discuss again for some reason any, unless maybe I use a different reason to need support.  How do you get the help of adobe.  I lost photoshop and am in a real bind.  Worked on this all day.  Someone at - it a secret to support link I can use?
