  We have CS6 student edition installed on XP SP3 Dell laptop computer, no clouds. Adobe I haveinstructions to disable, go to the 'Help' menu, click 'disable' which is still very low.  About 3 years ago buy and installed this softwear CS6 in a top of Office XP SP3. There are 2 years installed the second permit or part of the CS6 atop a tower of XP SP3. 1 year ago we disabled CS6 on top of old Office XP successfully and installed in a top of newest desktop with OS 7. We strive to disable CS6 from the top of the tower. Summer 18 months since I use the CS6 in this mobile. Today, we started CS6, after 18 months and were taken to a page 'connect' to enter email and password to access your room. This has never happened before, everything was good however. Then we see the CS6 main page or window. Then click on 'help', then we see Disable all grey, not able to highlight or a link to something. Old forums indicate contact Adobe. We go to the adobe support window and says no links available for this product, forums only phone contact.  Is there a link to 'chat' to someone at Adobe. Today could have an easy answer, but I think that some rear wheels on the ground in movement are necessary and the thing "trial and error" to do. Changes in Google lately might cause problems here with these XP, I see glitches every week in general performance given that Google made improvements. What to do next?  Jimmy G

  I'm kinda a noob and following a tutorial... and found something strange and I wonder if you could help me understand what is happening.

  I have Photoshop CS6 extended on a macbook pro (late 2011).

  I am running OSX v 10.7.5

  I'm the long and the instructor has added a new layer. I did it.

  He then filled the white layer which is its background color (it has foreground black, white background). I have same evidence / background colors.

  Now I thought on mac to fill with the foreground color, you hit Apple + Delete and to fill it with the background, press Option + delete

  It's the exact OPPOSITE for me. I hit Apple + DELETE (or even BACKSPACE) and filled it with my background color, which is white

  If I hit Option + DELETE (or RET.), filled it with my foreground color.

  I tried searching in the area of keyboard shortcuts change... but I do not see these settings anywhere.

  I have an external keyboard plugged into my mac. It is a 3rd party one, but seems otherwise never function normally.

  If you have this configuration in the Insert panel, you use Dreamweaver CC (version 13), not Dreamweaver CS6 (version 12).

  The text category has been deleted in the Insert panel in Dreamweaver CM³, because it reproduces the features that were available elsewhere. If you are looking for special characters, they are now at the bottom of the common category of the Insert panel.

• CS6 load both CS6 (64-bit), extended version...

  I just loaded the CS6 and CS6 (64-bit) of disk (without downloading) on my computer Windows 8 HP Envy.   I noticed that both boxes are automatically checked by Adobe during the implementation.  I left as-must not cause problems, thinking what a load.   Both programs take 3.3 GB but this isn't a problem for me.   I was surprised to see that I had a choice of TWO PS programs now on my computer.   I searched all over Adobe and impossible to find a similar problem.

  In addition, two versions of the bridge loaded; the regular and the 64-bit.

  My question is the following (applies to both CS6 and bridge):   I have to remove a?   Why the two charge have?   If I leave them both, which one should I use?   Why does this happen?

  You should probably leave the 32-bit program.

  There are some plugins, printers, scanners and i-don't-know-what-the rest who will work with the 64-bit program and will work with the 32-bit program.  unless you're certain that you don't care that, let alone 32 bits.

  Yes, the black UI is damage to the system caused by MacKepeer.

  It is one that requires reinstallation of the operating system.

  I'm at my wit's end... and I had a very short mind first!  CS6 guard crashing WITHOUT NOTICE ALL on me - and taking the entire computer computer - whenever I worked in CS6 for 20-25 minutes. By crashing, I mean first CS6 freezes, then I get a completely blue screen.  CS6 hangs if I change direcctly to him, or if I'm going in there since Lightroom (Version 4.1).

  When I reboot and finally back to CS6, my work of all but the last 10 minutes is have been recorded.

  I never had this problem - with the same computer, pentab, OS, etc. - with CS5.  I had this problem when I installed the trial version of CS6.  (I now feel stupid to buy same-CS6, but at the time I thought just the Trial Version was buggy.)

  I tried to uninstall every piece of code in connection with my Wacom Bamboo tablet, and which has not prevented accidents.  I uninstalled and reinstalled CS6, and which did not help.  I've updated Windows and all applications of CS6, and accidents still persist.   I even tried to call Adobe to help, but after four and a half hours waiting, I had to give up.

  Agree with C.C. update your graphics driver. Not only the news of the accident, but also the bhavior you describe is a pretty clear indication that - a few buffers fill and are never emptied and after a while, the program can not cram more in them.

• CC of Adobe and Adobe CS6 are both installed on my computer.  Does this affect performance?

  While studying, I used an Adobe Creative Cloud membership.  I then bought a license for Adobe CS6 Design Standard.  The two products are installed on my computer.  This affects the performance of my system?  If so, how can I safely remove CC and continue to use CS6?

  Performance is determined by...

  -hardware, CPU & GPU, and amount of Ram and the speed of the drives (SSD is faster than the flat spinning disc)

  -What and how many files you have open, and what program you use (Premiere Pro is 'bigger' than Premiere Elements)

  -how much and what other programs you have open at the same time

  Used SPACE on your hard drive is determined by what you have installed

  -If you have a small disk, disabling and uninstalling the CC will free hard drive space

  -If you have a large drive, but is more paid for a subscription of cloud, there is no reason to keep installed CC

  You are allowed to install and activate it on 2 PC for non-simultaneous use.

But updates of Windows 7 all the time, so I will have this problem over and over again? And if so, how do I know what security update for every moment of the uninstall?
