  If you use not any third-party tool to perform a defrag, then I suggest you check for the issue in the clean boot state.

  I get to see all the messages that I deleted in my "Deleted items" folder and when I try to delete the message in this folder I get an error message 'some items in the folder "Deleted items" can not be deleted.' an error has occurred.  Also when I try to delete my Inbox it won't move message from 'deleted items '.  Any suggestions?

  This is probably due to a mismatch between what is in the message store and which think that the database is in the message store.  Try to compact and repair the database and see if that fixes the problem.  See www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/

  Recently had a virus & run my virus scan, adware & malware removal tools.  Noticed afterwards that I'm now getting that implemented automatic alert is not on.  However, when I try to choose the type of startup to automatic & click on apply, I get the following message: access is denied.  Indicates the status of the service order & I can't figure out what to do next.  I don't get an error message similar to all the others I met here, so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.  Under XP.

  Everything has been working perfectly with Windows Mail until this morning. When I click on Send Message to compose an e-mail, you receive the following error message:

  The error message: "this is a problem when you attempt to open this message. There was a problem. Please try again. »

  What I tried:
  Panel--> programs--> Windows Essentials 2012 (choose option repair) - tried 3 x, no luck
  Restarting the computer
  Checked to see if there is now an update of Windows (no, the last of them was 06/20)
  Search for all events in my antivirus (Bitdefender) - saw nothing, but I don't really know what to look for

  I went into Windows Updates and downloaded the updates and the problem was solved.

• Mail does not when you try to delete the message attach a file on new message

  I'm customizing item type CREATEPO adding a new notification with the corresponding message and I am facing a problem with the workflow designer (using the v2.6.3.5.0 Oracle workflow Builder).
