Certificate of course Completion - check Score incorrectly

CP4, I have the widget certificate of completion of course work, except for save properly if the user succeeded or failed. For a CP course module, I have a quiz with questions 9, 10 points per question. In Preferences > success or failure, I checked 80 points or more to spend. When I publish the course, take the quiz by answering 9 of 10 correctly, the certificate of completion courses shows '22,22' points and a 'fail' - which miss me to have a slope of course display correctly? See image screenshot...

    When the "Add exception certificate" dialog box comes up with the warning "you are about to replace how Thunderbird identifies this site" which is the trunk to check?

    I want to stay with Thunderbird security system. Can I check "Confirm Security Exception" or "Cancel"?

    Unfortunately, some sites do not properly take their certificates. So basically if you trust the site, you can confirm the exception. If it is an unknown site, or you are not sure about, then cancel. Of course if you do not confirm the exception, you will not be able to see/use the site.

    I ran into this problem today and found this possible solution for you (it fixed for me);

    When you connect to a server using VMWare converter, the tool tries to query the target server using a number of methods, including the attempt to try to connect to any existing VMWare converter agents on the target system.  The default port for the agent of VMWare converter is 9090.  If VMWare converter can connect to the machine, but gets no response on port 9090, it should then proceed to ask you if you want to deploy automatically converter on the system agent target for you.

    In my case, something else on the target server was already using port 9090 and this confusion VMWare converter giving the error that you have described.  Your two choices are to temporarily disable the software using 9090 or manually install the agent converter, choose a different port during the installation wizard. If you choose this last option, don't forget to specify the port to connect to when you try VMWare conversion again, using the format (for example server01:9091)

    I hope this helps!

  • Captivate course completed not completed in LMS

    Hi all
    I desperately need help! I am a new user to Captivate and have encountered a problem with one of the seven learning modules created for a course. Module 2 is not followed as completed in the LMS. I checked several times to make sure that all settings and configurations for all seven modules are the same. They are!

    The only difference in content is that Module 2 a lot of objects flash, more than three times that of an other six modules. Module 2 does not have any question slide, as all but one of the other modules where. I mention this because when we try to get technical assistance they did ask questions on question slides.

    I ran for this module debug mode in the LMS and also for Module 1, which is successfully completed. What I found, by comparing the information from the debug mode, is that Module 2 is not initialized. LMS hosting provider said us it is a problem of educational support and is not helping find a solution. I compared the HTML files generated by Captivate from the publication process, and they are exactly the same, except for the name of the module.

    I have no idea what to do from here, and I'm under great pressure to find a solution. This is the first course, I created using Captivate.

    Thanks for any help.
    Charlotte

    Is there something in the Module 7, which is the subject of a follow-up? It's not * have * to be a
    the question slide. It could just be a button...

  • Authentication computer certificate and windows domain check

    Hello

    We intend to deploy machine? s certificates of authentication for wifi users.

    We want to check the validity of the certificate of the machine and that the machine is included on the windows domain.

    We intend to use EAP - TLS:

    -A CA server.

    -each machine (laptop) retrieves its own certificate to GPO or SMS

    -the public certificate of the CA is pushed on GBA as well as on each machine (laptop)

    -ACS version is the one device

    -a remote ACS agent installed on the A.D.

    -When a user intends to log on to the wireless network:

    -(device ACS) server sends its certificate to the client. This client checks the certificate with the certificate of the CA server there already trust, results: the customer also hope the ACS? s certificate signed by the CA server.

    -the client sends its certificate on the server (ACS unit). This ACS checks the certificate with the certificate of the CA server there already trust, results: GBA also hope the customer? s certificate signed by the CA server but the ACS also checks to see that the certificate isn't? t revocated (GBA check it thanks to the CA CRL server? certificates revocation list).

    I'm right about these previous points?

    And then my question is: is it possible to check that the machine is also included in the windows domain?

    In other words, is it possible for the candidate countries get the necessary field (maybe CN? certificate type "host /...") "), and then do an authentication request to the AD (active directory) with the remote agent of GBA? We just want machine authentication, the authentication of the user not.

    Thanks in advance for your attention.

    Best regards

    Arnaud

    Hi Arnaud,.

    You are right.

    Once the Remote Agent is configured correctly. And clients are configured correctly.

    It will work the way you want.

    Another option to consider,

    Also check 'enable machine access restrictions '.

  • How can I print multiple "certificates of class completion" with a list of students?

    Sorry to ask this in two different forums - I didn't know which was more appropriate.

    that I have no need of instructions of the community - just to remind the appropriate documentation. I want to learn and it work on mine. Just having trouble finding exactly what I need.

    I think it starts by either:

    • importing a text file, or
    • type/paste the list in a PDF form

    Then, the user clicks a button that does the following:

    • Adds a page for each student's name
    • Inserts the name in a form field (with formatting such as the police and alignment)

    My main question at this point is, should the script add new, blank pages with a layer containing the certificate of "substance" or use a stamp that places the certificate image? Or, maybe, the page after the form (or the "Import the names" button) is the certificate of dynamic text field and the script simply duplicate this page for each student, by inserting the name.

    The remaining task is to add a date, but that seems pretty easy - I have not decided who will be by the dynamic/automatic or if the user must type in another area (in the original form).

    I came up with the solution the most impressive in the history of the universe and published a tutorial on my bloggy blog. Check it out!

  • Creative cloud ask to check the incorrect e-mail

    Hello

    I recently bought the cloud of Creative Adobe complete set for students, and I received a confirmation email, as expected.

    By following the instructions in the email, I went to connect with my school email Adobe.com and download the installer of creative cloud on my mac.

    THE PROBLEM, it IS when I open the creative cloud, it asks me to check an email - a very old email of mine that no longer exists.  The only options are "check again and continue" and "resend the validation e-mail." There is no way for me to disconnect and connect back with my school email.

    In another post, someone suggested Rename the OOBE folder, but that has not worked for me.  Also tried reformulating the computer, reinstall Adobe CC, change the email associated with the account, etc... Nothing helps.  Please help because this had me duct-bananas for several hours

  • Captivate 6, HTML5, IE11 blues

    I created a project of 6 Captivate to publish on HTML5.  The quiz results being transmitted to our server via a MESSAGE form that is created in the project via a button that executes the following JavaScript code:

    It is hosted on a secure server and works very well in the following browsers: iOS7, 32 Chrome, IE 10, 5.1.7 Safari for Windows.  However, in IE 11 all I see is a blank page (even in compatibility mode and adding to trusted sites).  Since it very well highlights IE11 when viewing on the local computer, I don't know if it's a compatibility problem or if it is bound to be on a secure server, or just that my JavaScript is wrong and THE ruthless 11.

    I appreciate any suggestions you have on this - including other methods of using POST to pass the variables.

    Thanks Jim.  Who has not solved the problem, but I finally understand what the problem was and came up with a work around.  In the console JavaScript (F12), I saw that there was an error SEC7111: HTTPS security is compromised by (null).  Apparently, which means IE11 considers my JavaScript-created form as a non secure content and instead to ask the user whether to display mixed content, it does not show.  To resolve this problem, I did the form display in a pop-up (Viola!  No mixed content - only unsecured content).  IE11 is in agreement with this, but this isn't a graceful solution since most browsers now use a pop up Blocker.  Here's my new code:

    var jsPercent = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('vPercent');
    var jsAccuracy = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('vAccuracy');
    var jsSurvey1 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey1');
    var jsSurvey2 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey2');
    var jsSurvey3 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey3');
    var jsSurvey4 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey4');
    var jsSurvey5 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey5');
    var jsSurvey6 = cp.vm.getVariableValue ('Survey6');
    var w = window.open();

    w.document.Open('text/html','replace');

    w.document.Write(")Results

    Quiz results

    Total Questions:49
    Fix the issues:"+ jsAccuracy +"
    Precision:"+ jsPercent +"%

    The next screen will display your certificate of completion of the course. Be sure to print for your records.

  • Incorrect score from the LMS registration

    Our Organization is using SuccessFactors LMS to deliver e-learning courses. We are currently converting our HTML5 courses and are having problems with the LMS record the score incorrectly. We don't experience these same issues with courses published in flash.

    I created a course with question 1 quiz (10 points) - when I tested it in the LMS answering all the questions correctly, he recorded as complete with a score of 100 (SuccessFactors records the percentage scored rather than points).

    Then, I created a course with 5 questions quiz (50 points) - when I tested it in the LMS answering all questions correctly it registers as full, but with a score of 80. We cannot work where tire this partition, it is does not concern the number of percentage points.

    Courses have been built in Captivate 9, published in HTML5 and uses the parameters for the quiz:

    Maybe you could try to send the score ONCE instead of rattling of the SGA each slide.

    There is an option in the Quiz > Reporting screen to change the SCORM model called something like SendDataAtEnd. It sends only the score to the LMS once for each quiz, to the and.  It is perhaps interesting to see if SuccessFactors has this issue, because Captivate continues to send this data all the time.

    I'm clutching at straws here because this LMS does NOT Act that way.

    Ok

    For me, the next step is to put the data sent from the server to a byte array and compare the data that has been sent with what you expect.  Maybe you can create a small gzipped file and test it.

    Here are the specs for the Gzip file:

    http://www.gzip.org/zlib/RFC-gzip.html#file-format

    You will notice that it starts with the hexadecimal characters x '1f' and x '8B', it might be useful to check the host t file check that it is in fact these hexadecimal characters at the beginning.

  • view certificate

    Every so often, I get popup message says the name on the security certificate is invalaid or does not match the name on the site. I want to go forward? Is it legitement or is malware?

    The message itself is legitimate.

    Secure Web sites receive a "security certificate".   When you try to access a secure site, the site's certificate is checked to ensure that it is valid: the certificate must be current [not expired and not revoked], and the name of the site must be upward.   When something didn't come out completely, you get a warning message.

    HOW to proceed is not as clear.   If the message is that the certificate has expired RECENTLY [i.e. the past, day or so], it is likely, simply because the company has not yet renew it.   In such a case, you can probably ignore the message and move on.

    In your case, it is said that the names do not correspond to the top.   You need to be a little more careful here:

    Example: Say you are visiting the site of CitiGroup and its affiliates.   From there, you try to access CitiBank and get a warning on this certificate.   You should check the details to see what name is unmatched on the certificate.   In this example, if the certificate has been issued to CitiGroup (legitimate 'mother' company) while you try to access CitiBank, then it would be safe to continue.   But if the certificate had a different name on it, you will need to determine if its legitimate [associate], or if you have reached a "spoofed" site looking to you trap.

    I hope that, with this in mind, you will be able to examine the details of the certificate and decide for yourself.   If you page is legitimate, and this warning regularly going on there, you can contact the company, report it and hope they will update of things.
