  I have a presentation that I imported PowerPoint. I changed my global preferences (closing projects then go on editing-> Preferences) for the duration by default slide 1 sec instead of the default value of 3 seconds. Yet when I import PowerPoint all slides are on time 3. Second, there seems to be no way to change all slides both times. I did a right click on a slide and choose "Select all slides" and try and change the duration on the Properties tab of timing to 1, but which does nothing. Is there a way I can change this without manually changing every slide?

  I understand the timeline, it's more for non-technical users to get an easy start and help to convert all our existing presentations. New presentations, we do all are started directly in Captivate. So that the of why I need to get some solution working for our old presentations that does not involve simply redo the whole from scratch in Captivate thing (because we have a LOT of them).

  This is not the case. I just tried 3 times to a new "from powerpoint" project. But thanks to your advice on the timeline, I found out it's because the clickbox is rather oddly configured during the import. For some reason, the default value for the clickboxes said to appear after 2.7 seconds and 0.3 seconds. I want to add to a black screen, perhaps with some transition effects, that will play before the video. I have to create a dark image in CS and add it as a still and just add the title to the still which I place before the start of the track audio and video has?

  Perhaps you can hide the button with another object and then set this object to disappear just before the end of the slide.

  4.3 Lightroom worked very well until I went to use the slideshow module.  I received an error message and the library module does not open.  Read the message "an error has occurred when attempting to change modules.

  What can I do to fix this?

  1. checekd the disk permissions and disk status - all ok
  2. check the integrity of my catalogs and saved them - all ok
  3. moved files preferably, ending with 'plist' from the root and user libraries - no change
  4. only moved to the folder of the user, to support / library/application - no change
  5. Checked and opened upward "privileges" on the files for the library files and the catalog files.  Checked 'apply to all files' - no change
  6. contacted one and Nik to see if they had heard of this problem - no, they didn't and don't think their programs could be the cause of this problem
  7. Contact Adobe - level 1 support - crossed some of the points above - no effect

  I am waiting for a call from level 2 return to Adobe.  In the meantime, one has this problem or have any other suggestions.  The only alternative I have is to completely uninstall Lr and start again.  But it's a bit drastic.

  Hope someone can advise me please on an "issue" that's appeared recently with my 46YL863 TV.
  I say 'problem' rather than problem in case it's something to do with my settings, which is the cause.

  When I change channels I notice that there is a delay of several seconds of the current image to the new. I narrowed down it to this happens only when you switch from a HD channel to a one SD card, or from a SD card on a HD.

  In these circumstances the screen will first black, then blue and after a couple more seconds the new image of the string will appear.
  Switch between HD or SD channels and the new image appears almost immediately.

  This happened before the last two days, so either a fault has developed or I changed a setting in some way.

  I tried other plugs of HDMI input and the situation is the same.
  Any suggestions please?

  To change the number of rings before the fax resumes:

  -Access the configuration menu (on the home screen "copy/fax/scan /...") (', press the right arrow and press "Setup")

  -Press on "Fax Menu".

  -Press on 'basic Fax settings.

  -Press on "rings to answer.

  -Set the number of rings you want before the fax picks up
