Change of service provider to connect to Broadband Mobile for Lenovo SL300?

Hello

I live in Sweden and I have a SL300 that prepackaged Telenor as a technology services provider integrated mobile broadband. I now want to change the service provider, but I can´t find anywhere to do this? The SL300 has a SIM card? Where?

Grateful for your suggestions!

Thank you

Anders

Hi again,

Yes, I was finally able to find where the SIM card and change it to another operator. You must open the cover of memory, slot located on the front of the laptop when you delivered the computer. Then it s easy to replace!

Good luck!

  • A service provider send invoices as PDF and for 8 months, I am unable to open them. Company only I have a problem, can anyone help?

HI trying to access pdf of simple energy service provider bills (have adobeX) and 8 months do not have as a guard, saying that the file is damaged. Company has said that it is my end, but do not know what to do. His single pdf can't open?

Just got another new copy of the PDF of the same provider and did as you suggested again, the PDF attachment to email click right and save the link on the desktop and then went to Adobe reader and made of the open folder and WOW he opened. Lesson is never open attachment from this provider with the link recording first, then go to Adobe Reader 2nd and opening through Adobe Reader file.

It is therefore likely to be my system, and if I'm not the process you suggest that before any other process will damage the file at the time that I open it. I will consider this resolution if it never happens again with all the other PDF files sent to me, but he still only has this one supplier. Thank you for your help, cheers, Annie

  • My service provider broadband (Talk Talk UK) hijacked my keyword.url remotely

Today, when I entered an incorrect text string in the address bar, I was redirected to a page set by my broadband (Talk Talk UK) service provider with links sponsored of suggestions.

I should be redirected to a Google search page as my setting keyword.url is http://www.google.com/search?q=.

Keyword.url value showed still like Google, even if I was now redirected to a pub to Talk Talk.

This is apparently the Talk Talk Service error replacement & to 'opt-out', I had to restart my router.

My concern is that I don't think that this service has been installed through my Mozilla I'm quite fussy about scripts and cookies and you have not installed all the software of Talk Talk, AFAIK.

In addition, the value for keyword.url Mozilla always showed as "Google".

Finally, the fact that I had to reboot my router to choose his fish too.

I am extremely suspicious that Talk Talk have changed my settings for browser without my permission/knowledge.

This happens only now that the page has always redirected to Google before and I've been with Talk Talk for centuries.

Wouldn't think of that this company was involved with our Mozilla.

When you enter a single word in the address bar and press ENTER, Firefox can 'try' a standard fix - up such as:

    www. yourword + .com

If it does not exist, your ISP can intercept the request and return a search page.

However, I think that Firefox should use the keyword. URL for all multiple word strings, because they are obviously not legal domain names, unless something has changed.

Can you confirm that the feature is enabled?

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the filter box, type or paste the keywords and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) If keyword.enabled is false, double-click it to reset to true.

If this is already the case, hmmm, strange... you have bars of tools or other add-ons that might replace the built-in functionality?

For the details of your e-mail account, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Here's how to set up Windows Mail:

    http://www.SimpleHelp.NET/2007/02/07/a-beginners-guide-to-setting-up-Windows-Mail/

Link above has an easy to follow Guide to set up Windows Mail.

Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

They offer your broad band/Dial-up connection.

    Ask them to:

    username
password for your service account to wide band/Dial-Up with them

    Server of incoming POP3 mail
    outgoing mail SMTP server

The above information is required to set up Windows Mail.

ISPS are usually happy to help you set up your email account.

    Hi all

    That's all!

On a server that is different from ours, we see this information following Services suppliers of Hyperion for example

  • Cannot receive emails from Internet service provider. knows how much is new, don't download, since 03/14/14. Why?

CT 24.3.0. Win 7 home premium, 32-bit. automatic updates on. TB has worked perfect since install. After his return from weekend, could not receive emails. TB is connecting to the Internet service provider, it is 1 of n messages; turns-progress bar green, doing nothing. I can use the web mail from the ISP program to receive emails. What has changed.

Tour of e-mail scanning in your anti virus program and try again. If you ever feel the urge to start an email with the word 'suddenly' problem that is almost always anti virus program, unless the service is actually down with the mail provider.

I feel a bit like Miss Marple, saying that the Butler did it when I answer the latter, but no where near as smart.

  • HP Photosmart B110: B110 does print wireless more after the passage of internet service provider

    Hello

I have a photosmart b110 and always used printer wireless with no problems.

I use a laptop HP G62, windows 7 Home premium and as I said, never had any problems with my printer before (and goes through all the printing test pages, is anything wrong with that).

A week ago I changed my (internet) providers, and since there are problems:

But on the HP Networkconfigurationpage prints, the printer gives all the correct information (networkname etc.), it does not react to print from the laptop orders more.

Well, it does work once after the problem started and well after that I have installed on the pc (using "add new printer")

However, the next day, after having restarted the laptop, the connection was working no more.

So far, I called the service provider 3 times (in order to get different people) and heard 'Sorry, no idea' twice and "If you don't have internet, it must be the fault of the printer.

Can someone please give me an idea about where to look?

The last provider had a cable connection, this one is by telephone line, could that be a reason? And if so, why? And how can I solve this problem?

So, I hope that someone can offer some suggestion help! :-)

Reset the printer to the network settings.   Then...

Replacement/change your wireless router try here.

    http://www.HP.com/global/au/en/wireless/reconfiguring-system-Help3.html

However, if you have a gateway device, all devices in gateway (modem + router) are terrible for connectivity and wireless performance.   If this does not work, suggest you put this bridge in full bridge mode device and install your own router of high quality that YOU have full control over.

    Hi sanjeevkode,

Thank you for visiting the website of Microsoft Windows Vista Community.  As the question you posted typically associated with third party software / application that has its own way of program codes and call the corresponding system resources when installing and running. Therefore, I also suggest you to join the VMware Forums for the best support.

    VMware communities: http://communities.vmware.com/home.jspa

In the meantime I suggest you try these options / methods

IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft provides this information as a convenience to you. Proposed changes could lead to serious problems. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems would be solved as a result of the suggestions. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

Option 1: If you go to computer management, and then to the list of Services and find the VMware authorization Service, it appears as stopped? If so, you need to start

Option 2: Try logging on as an administrator Local host during installation first workstation, rather than you connect with a domain ID

Option 3: The question can be caused also by your security program such an antivirus or a firewall of Windows /Defender that can have conflicting parameters as to not not to perform certain tasks. I suggest you temporary disable antivirus and firewall and check the result again. You must enable security programs new that had disabled you

Option 4: The problem could be linked to a local or domain group policy. Make sure that the local account is defined as 'local user __vmware_user__' in the local Administrators group and the permissions of "Log on locally" and "Log on as a service.

The two parameters are available in the "* Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment *" branch of domain group policy or local.

Let me know if it worked.
    Hope it will be useful.
