  I solved this problem. I had to create a condition for changing the list and add the "any approver' and 'Final approver' names.

  It is available in a separate tab as 'List change' when we create the conditions.

  Once then create the Substitution rule, you will see the name of the next approver

  Unfortunately there is no way to change the size of the tabs containing the journal names.  If you don't like scrolling (which is much faster if you drag right or left instead of using the <>on the right), you can use this jump to Automator Service sheet (download Dropbox).

  To install simply double-click on the downloaded package .workflow and possibly to give permission to System Preferences > Security and privacy.

  Use simply choose jump to numbers worksheet > Services menu.  Or better yet, attach a keyboard shortcut to System Preferences > keyboard > shortcuts > Services.

  On my machine every time I want to see all sheets in a document and choose one that I just type cmd-shift-J and get something like this:

  Thanks a lot for your answer. The reason I'm stubbornly tring to break the flow of DATA is: we have a test system that have about 100 screws, they have a few connected flow, some of them will be unbundling a cluster dataflow chain to check the value in order to make the different cases.  Now I want to insert user event by changing the control and influential cases during run time.

  As I initially uses a global variable (to control cases) instead of unbundle string data flow, it works well.  But then, I found there are a lot of screws that are using the string unbundle.  One of the 'lazy' means, I tried is to change the value via the property node (because that way, I did not need to find all the places where using the unbundle string and replace them with the global variable), then I noticed a problem with "dataflow", the value in the stream of cluster in fact will not be changed by changing the value of the property node.

  I did a test with VI simple (like the picture in last post), and after reading your advice, I tell myself that I need to understand the concept of "DATAFLOW" in labview, it seems that my "lazy" way can not work in this scenario.

  I have attached the criterion VI here, have you furthur suggestions on what I can do in this case?

  No, change the line or the distribution of approval of the need does'nt of bill approved AP.

  The trust domain depends entirely on the total invoice amount, if the distribution is changed by adding or rejecting some new lines, but total distribution remains the same as previously, trust the domain change to the re-registration needs.

  Basically, when the total amount of the invoice is changed you will need to approve the Bill again and post the invoice but only distribution account is changed you must only post the invoice.

  I was wondering if someone played around with changing the appearance of the button approve and reject the mails for customer approval. I have a client who is very sensitive to aesthetics and I would replace the buttons to something a little more fun. Because the buttons are automatically generated on the field [EMAIL_INCLUDE_MMAURL], I don't have much control over them. Not sure if this could be done with style sheets, or if I could add my own images on the dyamically model create my own mailto: command?

  I think that there is another option also (maybe a lot easier than this things stored procedure). =)

  If I understand correctly, you should be able to specify formatting buttons MMA in the files HTMLMAIL_MMALinkStandard.htm and HTMLMAIL_MMALinkApproval.htm.

  Just check the e-mail folder to locate these files and try to change them.

  I wonder if it is possible change the flow of the Brush tool holding SHIFT and hitting a number on the numeric keypad? I can use the numbers at the top of the keyboard for both opacity and flow, but only opacity with the numeric keypad. I have reset tools, workspace and prefs, just to be sure.   Select your photo and text inside the subform flowed. Right-click and select wrap in subform do the positioned Subform subform. This will allow you to move objects in this subform positioned the way you like them.

  Approval of Oracle IN. w/f has a step called
  "Changes require reapproval. (Process) »

  You can change this step to add your custom logic (such the m slipped by less a week the date change, jump approval)

  Hello
  Have you tried in the "process task assignment" tab of configuration process task. For the particular task you must map "Completed" approved by double-clicking the mapped field to finished. It will give you a list of the names of the tasks, you will need to change to "approved".
