change the disc while safeguarding

I want to change e: g to back up files and 66% of it has been saved in CD 2, but now I have no CD so I want to use the USB.

I would say more CD would be the best option because the reason for the backup is if something happens on the hard drive.  A lot of things that could happen on the hard drive would let all partitions in danger.  I think you can buy a pack of 50 CD for $10.

No problem. Photoshop Elements is only 32-bit but runs on 64-bit systems, this is why he settled in Program files (x 86) rather than the Program Files folder, which is reserved for 64-bit applications.

Photoshop Elements is not available in 64-bit.

  • How to change the disc HEADER_STATUS of FIRST class candidate.

I developed a script to create diskgroup. To test the script, only sometimes I run couple of script time to create and drop the diskgroup.

Later noticed my drive changed to OLD header_status.

Not sure how to change new CANDIDATE.

Don't think it does much chance either the candidate or the former because the two types can be added to a diskgroup.

If you do a dd on the header of the disc and this needs to change the status to the candidate.

    That is to say something like: If dd \u003d/dev/zero of = / dev/oracleasm/disks/ASM_DATA_001 bs = 1024 count = 10

    Hi martin667,

    1. check the location of the Windows logo in the windows Explorer. If it is placed on the drive C: or D:

If the logo is placed on the D: drive, and then you installed the operating system on drive D:.

If the windows logo is on C: driver and always documents are saved in the D: drive, then try the following registry changes and check

    2. important: the instructions below are steps that tell you how to change the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information see the article: how to back up and restore the registry in Windows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Back-up-the-registry

    a. Click Start, type regedit in the search box and press ENTER.

    b. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    c. check that the values under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders use valid drive letters.

  • Cannot eject the disc while running Fusion

    Hi all

I have an external hard drive with a rarely used vmdk. If I have the mounted external drive, launch the merger and open my Boot Camp virtual machine partition, I can't eject the external hard drive until I stopped the machine virtual Boot Camp and the merger. I think this is new behavior with 2.0.4 and 2.0.5 because I used to be able to eject the external hard drive with Fusion, run the Boot Camp virtual machine. Can anyone confirm this one way or another, and how to escalate this bug/feature of VMware? Thank you.

    Kind regards

    David

This process works fine on my end.  I have a bunch of virtual machines on my external hard drive and when I insert a boot camp, I'm still able to eject the disc.  You could go to the Help menu merging and choose "Collect Support information" and then attach the file created in your answer.

Have you added anything as a secondary hard drive in your machine settings virtual boot camp?  Did you add the drive as a shared folder in your virtual machine?  Have you removed the virtual computer in your external hard drive of Fusion and tried it this way?  Have you plugged disk images to your machine virtual boot camp are stored on the external hard drive?

The 'vmware-vdiskmanager' command is included in VMware Workstation 7.x?

I know that André you already given instructions but I would like to point out that I said that you "the executable vmware-vdiskmanager should be located in the working directory of the installation of VMware Workstation."

The 'working directory' is typically where the program was installed and I does not have an explicit path because I didn't know whether or not your using the 32-bit version or 64-bit Windows 7.

BTW in the example that andre has given, it won't work if you use a 64-bit Windows 7 and installed VMware Workstation version to its default location.  You will need to use the following for the 64 bit version of Windows 7.

    "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe"

How can I change my name like this D:\pt8.50 PS_home

Could you please help me with this ASAP

    concerning
    Shiva

Create a backup of you old ps_home first of all, of course, you can restore all changes.
New ps_home and rename it to ps_home and install pt8.50.

Before you start, have you checked the matrix certification? I was wondering if your current operating system is certifited on pt8.50.

  • Change the disc ssd end 2011 iMac 27

I have a 'SMART' failure on my iMac 27 (mid-2010). I would like to replace it with a 500 GB SSD.

Can it be done easy enough?

Who should do it? Which drive would work best?

And because of my limited knowledge 'internal' on a Mac, that should do it or where it do?

What should I expect to pay for work?

Thank you to all who take the time to help!

Work on iMac becomes more and more difficult, but an SSD upgrade can be done. On your iMac 27 "2011, you have several options, including.

    • Install the SSD to replace the HD
    • Replacement HD and install a hard drive SSD behind the SuperDrive
    • Doubler data, remove the SuperDrive and replaced by a SSD or another HD.

I would recommend that you contact OWC (www.macsales.com) and use their mounting kit or bring it in a CENTER to have the work done if you decide to do the work yourself is not wise. Here is a video that shows how to install the SSD behind the SuperDrive and includes the recommended tool kit. • Change the disc to boot from a HARD for one SSD drive

    Hello world.
I am writing this post because I just bought a Crucial 64 GB SSD v4 and I have Windows 7 64 bit home edition (original) installed on the HARD drive. I need to know how to perform a clean installation on the SSD and how stand the PC of the it. Thanks to all in advance.

    Hello

The first question for you is if you have a Windows DVD system disk or a partition of your drive hard that you installed Windows from? The second question is if you have a laptop or desktop computer, and if the SSD is already installed on your computer and formatted? And the third question is to know if you have a product key for Windows Home Premium OS to install on SSD?

Assuming that the SSD is already installed and you have a product key for the version of Windows you want, the simplest method is to use a Windows DVD or create a DVD of Windows System. If you do not have a Windows DVD, you can download the ISO file for the version of Windows Home Premium 64-bit (Service Pack 1) from here: http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso .

In addition, if you need an application to burn the ISO on DVD, you can use the Windows application which is built into Windows. Simply right click on the ISO file image and click on burn to... Once you have the system disk, you can use to do a clean install of Windows on your new SSD.

The other option is the use of an application of part 3 to transfer your current Windows your HHD's existing operating system to your new SSD. Such a request is EaseUS Partition Master, downloadable here: http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partition-Master-Free-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html?tag=mncol;1 .

In both methods, you will need the SSD drive installed in your system in order to load it with the operating system. And as I say, the simplest method is to do or have a DVD of Windows System.

If you would answer the questions I ask myself, I can scroll the process in more detail, although enforcement EaseUS is quite explicit and includes several wizards to guide you through the process.

Let me know what other assistance I can provide.

    Kind regards

  • How can we change the layers while doing an animation?

You know how in some animations, part of the body of the character, such as an arm, for example, we see layered over their face one minute and then turned be behind them or something? How do you do that in Adobe animate?

I remember that this has been discussed on the forums, and IIRC the solution was to have two arms: one behind and one ahead and then exchange them via keyboard shortcuts during the recording of the scene.
