    Hi all

I recently bought the Magic Keyboard (presentation in French) and I want to type on my IPad Pro. And here is my problem: when I need to type in a different language (e.g. English instead of French), I change the language of the dictionary and it automatically changes the physical keyboard! So, it makes the keyboard "French" of magic almost unusable for any other language (I have to "guess" where are the letters). The "Hardware keyboard" menu (general / keyboard) does not allow me to set a default physical keyboard that remains the same when I change language...

    Thanks in advance!

You gave just the physical keyboard to the French for each software keyboard separately.  There should be no problem it.   Let me know if you can't see how that works...

  • Change the language of Windows XP from the French into English

    Hello world!

Here, my concern is that I don't want my Windows XP 'French' in an 'English '. In fact, I'll give my laptop a Nepalese friend, and he can't read the French.

Thank you very much for your help!

    Hey,.

The problem is that there is no switch to change the language. You can change the layout of the keyboard, but not the language of Windwos himself. In this case, you must do a clean and new Windows installation using the installation disc.

I put t know what laptop you have exactly, but all the drivers and tools for your Toshiba laptop, you can find on the homepage of Toshiba.

By the way: If you install XP, I would recommend Service Pack 3. It contains important security updates.

    Hey,.

    > I bought Toshiba preinstalled official Windows 7 Professional 64 service Pack 1
You can change the language on Windows 7 Professional t, this is possible on Windows 7 Enterprise (volume license) and Windows 7 Ultimate edition.

So if you want another language, buy Windows 7 Ultimate or be happy with the current language of Windows 7 Professional. ;)

No, only in Win7 Ultimate and Enterprise.

  • I can't change the language interface of win vista

I can't change the language interface of win vista

    Hello

Browsing the forum here it looks like there are a few options, you can try:

If the language bar is not listed in the menu toolbars, you do not have many input languages installed on your computer. You must add other languages using region and language in Control Panel. For more information, see Add or change an input language

This is an additional option of "Old GrayGary" with the link here:

    http://www.techsupportforum.com/members/113412.html

    Quick-Fix:

Do you have a language icon in your system tray? (If you switch between two choices of language installed / entry screen, the current selection must display in the system tray: for example IN English, JP for Japanese, etc.). Make sure that you have not chosen to "Hide inactive icons" in your bar spots Vista 'Properties' - or the icon can not be displayed. If you see such an icon, you should be able to right click on this icon and choose 'Restore the language bar' in the option dialog box.

    Quick-Fix #2:

Since the language bar is a system setting, and the problem is recent, you might be able to recover your old settings using Vista System Restore utility - using a restore point out just before the language bar disappeared. You would probably go to Windows Update to reinstall all critical patches that have arrived since the time that the restore point was created originally.

    _______________

Must neither of these approaches works, try to visit the region and Language Options in the Vista Control Panel.

    Control Panel

    Clock, language and region

    Regional and Language Options

If you use different languages with your devices, you visit the "Keyboards and languages" tab and select "Change keyboard" - in the "text Services" and input languages window, the middle tab is "Language bar" - I think that the option to show or hide the taskbar is available here. If you use different languages for display only, you can go directly to the option "Change display language" from the regional and Language Options (and try the "Language bar" tab there).

  • BlackBerry Smartphones problem change the language to send SMS on BB Curve 9300 3

    BlackBerry 9300 3

Does anyone know if there is a quick way to change the language of the keyboard? My laptop has in Arabic and English keyboard keys, but no Arab option on the phone with the language settings.

When I try to update the input languages to include Arabic via the desktop software, I get the following message:

"BlackBerry® Desktop Software Update could not validate your BlackBerry® device.

Aborting installation because of the failure of the validation. Some unsatisfied dependencies contained package. »

The only advice I found is to go into the Woods under ~ library on my Mac with OS X 10.6.8 which will display messages to applications that need to be uninstalled as they are third parties and can not be validated. This suggests the Blackberry Appworld should be uninstalled that I did, but still have the problem.

If anyone can help that would be great.

Also, I would be grateful if someone can confirm if Blackberry phones are supposed to be that mind? I just spent my eighth time on it, and I'm regretting ever having bought the phone. I made phone calls with it and sent the texts in English, but other than that nothing. I already have a phone that is equal to a tenth of the cost of that tape also in Arabic, which I think is pretty useless Blackberry in comparison.

I finally found a work around for this problem. I adapted the advice from the link here:

    http://forums.CrackBerry.com/Forum-F62/how-UN-brick-BlackBerry-Mac-336488/

In order to clarify that I was using a BB9300 3 G Curve, with BB OS 6, with the latest version of BB Desktop, running on a Mac Book Pro.

You must clean the phone and reinstall the operating system for phones in a way that eventually flashes the RAM on the phone, as it appears a large batch of phones were shipped with this bug.

Once invited to fix the phone, you must choose the oldest version of the operating system offered by the Repair Wizard. It will remove your personal and settings files that will need to be manually reinstalled.

    My steps were as follows:

FIRST OF ALL MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PHONE IS NOT CONNECTED TO YOUR MACHINE AND BLACKBERRY DESKTOP IS NOT RUNNING.

1 delete the versions of operating system stored on your Mac by going to ~Library/ApplicationSupport/BlackberryDesktop/DeviceApplications

    2. empty the Recycling / Bin of the "trash".

3 remove the battery from your Blackberry and then connect to your computer via a USB cable. The phone will display a battery with a red cross. The desktop software is expected to launch after that the phone is connected.

    4. you will be asked to repair or restart the phone. Opt for repair and you should be presented with different versions of earlier operating systems. He recommended the latest version for me, but in fact I found that I had to go straight to the first version of the operating system available which was OS5. Select this option and then start the download.

    5. I found that the phone has downloaded the whole software at once, but in the original notice it says that on the phone may need to be reconnected several times it falls, close and restart BB Desktop software every time. I found that it only happened when you try to install later versions of the operating system.

    6. halfway through the installation of the progress bar said "waiting for device commissioning. At this point, reinsert the battery.

    7. then wait that the phone restart which took more than 20 minutes for me.

    8. This should have completed the installation. Especially when the phone is installed with the OS5 he gave me an option to choose the input languages available on the phone and remove those unwanted. I received a message on BB Office recommends that upgraded the operating system 6, I did, and now works with the input languages.

Again, this work around is to:

http://forums.crackberry.com/forum-f62/how-un-brick-blackberry-mac-336488/ that I had to modify the steps that I pointed out in case it helps anyone in the future.

  • How to change the language of windows 8 pro homescreen?

in fact my friend bought a new notebook in which he has installed windows 8 pro assistance from the manufacturer of the laptop service center but its home screen is in hindi (Indian language), he wants change in English but it is not possible, he also tried to sign--> language and the clock settings, but not use. Please help!

    Hi,.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

I understand the inconvenience caused to your friend and I will definitely help you.

According to the description of the problem, it seems that you have problems with changing the language of the home screen.

    1. press WIN + R to launch the dialog box RUN. Type regedit and press ENTER. It will open the registry editor.

2 now go to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SystemProtectedUserData

3 under "SystemProtectedUserData" key, you will see a key with the name similar to S-1-5-21-x-x-x-x. Under this key, go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SystemProtectedUserData\S-1-5-21-x-x-x-x\AnyoneRead\LocaleInfo

4 key 'LocaleInfo' is that we need to change the format of date and time screen locking. This key contains all the required information has been stored in the INI file in Windows 8 test versions.

5 click the 'LocaleInfo' key and in the right pane, you will see strings such as:

    • Calendar
    • Clock
    • GeographicRegion
    • Language
    • Nomlocale
    • NativeDigits
    • SubstitutionMode
    • TimeFormat

6 we will play with only the following strings:

    • Language
    • Nomlocale
    • TimeFormat

You may need to take ownership of the registry key before you edit it. Please consult this guide to learn how to take ownership of a registry key.

7 first talk time format. If your Windows 8 lock screen shows the time in 24-hour format, the string "TimeFormat" in your base of registry Windows 8 could be defined to hh: mm tt. Change it to hh: mm tt and it'll start showing the time in 12-hour format.

Same principle applies to the 12-hour format. If your Windows 8 lock screen shows the time in 12-hour format, the string "TimeFormat" could be defined to hh: mm tt in your system. Change it to hh: mm tt and it'll start showing the time in 24-hour format.

8 now turn of display language. If you want to display the name of the day and the date in another language on the lock screen, you can change the values of the nomlocale and channels of language to your language code of your choice.

For example, if you want to display information in the Hindi language, change the nomlocale string values and the language on the screen - IN and lock will begin showing the name of the day and date in Hindi language.

You can use any language code such as en-US for English, en - us for German, en - US for the French, ru - RU, Russia, etc.

Here are a few screenshots of Windows 8 lock screen showing the name of the day and date in various languages:

  • How can I change the language of the Installer (Mac)?

I'm located in the Denmark, and whenever I try to install the Flash Player or update, the installation program is in Japanese. As far as I see it, there is no option to change the language.

I guess if there is no option to change the language, Setup chooses the language based on the location of language or computer OS, but then why the hell he chooses Japanese!

    @hans-g..,.

Please don't recommend any site other than Adobe.com to download Flash Player.  Adobe.com is the only official site to download Flash Player.  Other sites are not allowed to host Flash Player and often malicious host installers, resulting in users unwittingly installing malware and viruses.  Moreover, the first site you posted is blocked by the Adobe CE service which means that it is probably malicious sites.  I deleted this link of your post and sent him to the Department who deal with this kind of thing.

    @MNSDK

The installer of Flash Player uses the language of the OS to display text in the installation program.  Preferences CC, recommended by hans-g.. don't work for you that Flash Player is not integrated, neither is it included with CC.

Please go to System Preferences > language & region.  If the Japanese is listed at the top of the list of 'Language', that is why Flash Player displays in Japanese.  If it is not listed in the upper part, you need to continue the investigation.  Please post a screenshot of the window of languages & area by following the instructions here the specified item is not found...

    Hey guys,.

    Hello

  • CS4 - change the language (body +)?

I have the Czech version CS4, but need to English.

Earlier this year, I bought for CS4 Master Collection (Windows XP) - but the Czech version was delivered - unfortunately, I did not know until recently when I went to install.   Earlier this year before installing it, my personal computer is down.  I finally just got fixed - you can imagine my surprise when I discovered that my only option to install was in the wrong language, Czech.  Naturally I called customer service who sent me to technical support who then sent me to the customer support - an infinite loop with the only to be upgraded to CS5 for a great price.   Not only I did just buy CS4 (earlier this year), but my system is 32 bit = 2 good reasons for not upgrading.  So now I seem to be stuck with the Czech software - according to my wife, I am still struggling to learn English - so I hope that there is a solution for this?

BTW - I read the Mylenium advice to change the language for After Effects (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/657200) - excellent stuff - if all goes well there are similar proposals for other components of the CS 4 Master Collection - especially those related to video editing (creation, still, bridge, etc)

I want to talk with Pat the issue of customer service on another thread, but here's an answer on Premiere Pro language specifically:

Because Premiere Pro is not localized in Czech, Premiere Pro will run in English in your case.

Of course, you may prefer to have the rest of the software in English, but Premiere Pro should be as you wish.
