Change transparent brush strokes?

Hey guys. I made a blunder by working on a t-shirt design and I wanted to know if there is an easy solution.

My work plan is white, so I went just happily along the negative space of painting with a white brush to create my games of light. Then I discovered how stupid, it was when I tried to change the dark background:

So my question is: are there at - it an easy way to change these transparent white paths so they work with any background?

Thank you!

simbastudios,

You can just paint brushes white group, and then select the entire document and in the transparency palette dialog box click do the with unchecked Clip opacity mask and mask invert checked.

    Group the brush strokes.

Choose the blows of brush and the thext behind it.

  • Is it possible to keep all the brush strokes, textures and layers of Adobe iPad drawing apps to illustrator CC?

First of all, I want to say 'Hi' to everyone, because I am a completely newbie in this forum !

As I am more in love with the design of the apps on my iPad 2 air and as a user of Adobe CS6 Adobe illustrator, I am seriously considering subscribing to CC Illustrator just to fully evaluate all my drawings of iPad in vector format instead of getting jpg or png files.

Is it possible to keep all the contours, textures and layers EXACTLY as the original drawing of drawing Adobe apps, like Adobe draw or sketch of my iPad to illustrator CC?

I actually downloaded the trial version of Illustrator CC, I noticed that the workflow is a little different from CS6 (with CS6, I use the trace of the image) and I can send the drawing directly to illustrator CC, but I've always had a PNG / jpg picture I need to work more with the following steps to turn to a vector format true :

Object > sketching and line drawing > expand path

and of course all the layers went with the method above. And all original textures and the brush strokes are replaced by the command-line images...

And when I open a file in Photoshop, sketch a "version 2 of the adobe photoshop sketch file format is not supported in this version of adobe illustrator" message and the file that can open but was in jpg / png?

Did I miss something? Or it's because I don't have a full subscription to CC? :/

    Simple question first:

The error message does not appear to say anything - just click 'OK' and it works fine for me.

Regarding the conversion of the brushes and work, it's a little more difficult.

In Illustrator, (on my test), features all had a generic brush applied.   To get a better brush, I just clicked on the route of the path and then choose a new brush.

    AND

If you use Adobe Brush (mobile application), you can design your own brushes and their port on Photoshop or Illustrator.

    BUT

There are some things that I wasn't expecting with Adobe Illustrator brush that I had not experienced in Photoshop and use with Sketch/draw lots

The brush behaves differently in applications, so when you're in Adobe brush, there are buttons to help you see how it will look in different applications.

I can't figure out how to get my 'BASIC' brush library to synchronize with my CC Illustrator brush library.   I probably shouldn't have saved my brushes in there?

If you are planning a workflow from the sketch to the Illustrator, save your brushes in a custom library of CC (on your iPad), then the answer is: sort of.

Sketch brush behaves a little like Illustrator brushes, but it seems to be a png or another bitmap.

The brush for Illustrator is vector.

You can't record two.  I can't understand how you can duplicate, but you can change it back and save it.

Brush, create your personalized Sketch brushes.

    Make your Illustration

    Send your Illustrator Illustration

Return to the brush, convert your brushes for Illustrator

go to Illustrator, convert your artwork in vectorized text

in the brush library, download and apply your custom brushes.

It is NOT optimal, but it works.

Your brush is set to Hard Mix in the options bar.  Change this to normal and everything will be fine.

  • What version of flash is best for the brush strokes?

    Hello

I wonder what version of flash has the best brush strokes. I use CS6, and she constantly changing my shots. I've heard that old versions of flash have better brush strokes.

I'm an animator, and the Brush tool is something that I use constantly. I could have access to flash CS3 or CS4, and I heard that CS3 is pretty close to the version of macromedia.

I heard toon boom animate is amazing, but when I tried, there is no vector lines. Or maybe I am doing something wrong, but my features in toon boom animate are pixelated.

I'm basically looking for one version of flash software or another, which has a Brush tool when I shoot, that's what I wanted to draw and don't change my shots. (By the way, I do animation frame-by-frame)

    Thank you

  • How to automatically convert the brush strokes symbols?

Is it possible to just draw a line and it automatically becomes a movie clip symbol? Like to draw "mode"?

I character animation in another program, then go to Flash CS6 to shade and draw little touch ups on the animation.

With symbols, I am able to change the opacity (which is the alpha) and I can 'multiply' during the animation to create simple shadows.

I can't use Flash to save my life, honestly it's the simplest thing I can do. Is it nothing to do with each brush stroke, so automatically I draw a symbol?

I had recently discovered that Flash is not like Photoshop where you can adjust the opacity of the layers down and put modes on layers, so it's the closest to you that I go away to imitate that.

Do not mention object mode, drawing, I thought that my drawings into symbols, but it doesn't work? : c

    Hello

There is no way to convert the lines to the symbol that you draw, you need to individually convert their symbol after you draw or create empty symbols and draw in their editing patterns.

  • Add brush strokes wihtout lifting pen

    Hello

I'm kinda struggeling with something I want to do, but don't know even how to call it correctly, it is so hard to find anything with the forum search or google.

I hope you can help me:

-J' using Photoshop (elements) for drawing/drawing.

-J' use a brush with an opacity of about 30% so I draw 'grey' and it turns black when I do several traces on the other

-There is one thing that drives me crazy: I use a wacom tablet, and the brush strokes will only add to the top, when I lift the stylus from the Tablet and start a new line of compeltly. When I do lift the pen, it will stay gray no matter how many times I move the stylus on a certain area. Is it possible to change this behavior (for example, a parameter.)

I would get darker according to how many times I move over the area, now if I raised the pen or no importance.

Thank you very much! This suspicion of 'flow' has helped me on the right track!

For everyone who is looking for this:

The 'flow' is in fact not on the visible UI elements, but it is accessible via the keyboard shortcut:

With the selected brush tool, press the shift + 0 (zero) keyboard to set the stream of brush to 100%. (Note: I said 0 keyboard not the numpad 0). Or 5 50% etc.

  • Brush strokes are not smooth, all the circles

    I use CS2 on a 6 year old computer.

This has never happened before, but rather started 2 days ago.

When I pull a brush stroke across my image, the stroke is not smooth.  The line looks like in it is composed of all backgrounds, and I see the edges where I pull the race.

I use my CS2 for color my lineart and cartoons.

This could be an indication of not enough RAM?

    What could be?

  • Is there an event that is fired whenever a brush stroke is found?

Actually, to be more precise, I hope to be able to intercept each brush "stamp" - I don't know what to call it. When you draw with a brush, your "spacing" setting controls the number of pixels between each brush "stamp". I wish that my script to do something every time that the pixels of the active layer are about to be changed by each "stamp" brush

Is it still possible with scripts?

    Thanks in advance

I don't think so. The script guide suggest using the scriptlistner plugin to capture the event codes. Brush stroks not can be saved if the plugin would not generate and encode for a brush stroke. Also in the java script reference a list of event id there is no stroke of fror inside...

So every time I try to draw on illustrator, my brush strokes disappear and leave me with a path. When I paint, I can see the color and the entire brush stroke, but it disappears as soon as I raise my hand to the mouse. How can I draw on my picture? Why is it so difficult?

    Hi Ali,

The simple and good reason why you receive that is, your work plan has been put in outline instead of the preview. "Ctrl + Y" is the hotkey to switch between outline. I have highlighted, please see screenshot below:

  • Summary in a brush stroke

    low.jpg

    Hello
I am trying to create an image to look through a broken glass. So I had this brush that is the form of a broken glass. But the problem is, when I use the brush the brush any race/broken glass is a color that is not true to reality, some broken edges are dark, some light.

So is there a way I can get a gradient of colors on a track?

PS: just to be clear, I want the summary in the only race/brush button.

There is no gradient that you can apply when using the brush stroke. Most people apply a gradient above the layer adjustment layer your paint on. This is used a lot with brushes of fire. With glass, you have a lot of colors, refracted, so it may be best to go to the brush stroke with a brush of different color mode to add shades of color on the edges of the glass of mixture.
