Changing from annual to monthly payment
I tried twice with the service the customer to change the annual payment on a monthly and apparently is not possible without creating an Adobe account new with a new email address! I don't want to make a new address e-mail specifically for Adobe, I just want to pay my monthly subscription. Help, please!
No one here has no ability to help others to direct you to contact Adobe customer service.
You should have the possibility to cancel the current account - possibly with a penalty of cancellation, whether support should be able to work with you on that, as long as you continue with the subscription - it is finally their appeal.
Personally, I create unique emails for each company from that deal. In this way, if one of them mess with it I can just turn off without impact on others... and it keeps my personal life online and my life online separate cases.

I have not received serial number after buying Adobe first pro (monthly subscription).
Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.
Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps. and probably more in the future.

When I signed up for CC (Photoshop and Lightroom) I only had the option of monthly payments ($9.99). I'd rather do this as an annual payment. What is an option? How can I do this?

How do you take a deposit which is different from that of the monthly payments?

When I started my membership CC (AD003265866UK order number) I did the a monthly payment plan, so I paid £45,73. Then the same day, I changed my mind and paid a sum of £548,78. I made the change on the account page Adobe ID, which says that I would be reimbursed amount initial £ 45,73.
I then to renounce this project through customer service. I was refunded the £548,78, but the £45,73 never came.
I contacted the three times customer service in this regard and that they are not very useful. More recently, I was told that I had to contact "my PayPal". There is no refund pending on my PayPal account. Each representative customer support seems to ignore the fact that I received an email from Adobe telling me my billing had failed and that I should update my payment information. There is no updates or changes you can make to your payment details if you paid by PayPal, every time I tried this, nothing happened.
I received an email with the credit note, but never money, and I see on the historic stretch of billing in terms of my account page, the credit which had been there since disappeared.
I'm trying to get a help here because I spent a lot of time to hear the evidence of online chat customer support. It seems that there are some problems with issuance of refunds through PayPal. Can someone from Adobe help me?

Store changed from the United Kingdom to China the other day using my old zip code. Now can not return to the United Kingdom. When you change the country or the region of an Apple ID, you must provide a payment method and update your billing options. If you want to delete your payment method after you change the country or region, you can change your payment information to none.
You will not be able to see or select the no payment option for one of these reasons. If you don't want to use a credit card, you can use another form of payment, for example, a gift card.
