And as I am a freshman in College, I was wondering if there is always a way to change the plan for students and teachers to discount. I really need the extra money, Please HELP

I have a free subscription to creative cloud and I'm trying to plan upgrade for the students and teachers all of the apps, but whenever I have to fill in the details, then click on confirm that it simply reloads the page. I'm doing something wrong?

I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.
Now better contact Adobe technical support, they can access your computer remotely and fix the problem.

I was wondering if I buy students and teachers offer special applications, I was able to cancel my subscription to creative cloud any time or should I wait until the 12 months is finshed?

I bought a CC license for students and teachers 2 months ago, but I can't transfer Acrobat DC to fully use it to another PC. Of course, I looked at the tutorials on how to transfer Acrobat licenses as follows a (http://smallbusiness.chron.com/transfer-adobe-acrobat-new-computer-don ' t - cd - 66009.html ), but when I get into account 'My Adobe' I don't see any product installed and therefeore I can't find the number series or anything that may be necessary to enable Acrobat ms on the new PC.
I am able to download the installer of creative cloud and choose to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but when I try to use it to edit a pdf file (cultures, insert pages,...), it does not work: I get the same error message "error opening the document (16).
Hope you could give me any direction on how to fix this bad re-setup of AA - DC

What do I need authenticate students?
Please send the answers by e-mail.
Option 1: an email issued by the school. A school email address include .edu, .k12 and other messaging areas sponsored by your school. Additional identification may be requested.
Option 2: a photocopy of your school. Before submitting the ID, a cross on sensitive information, such as social security number or driver's license number. Make sure that the ID of the school contains the following:
- Name of the school
- Name of faculty/students
- Date of registration/current job *.
Option 3: one of the following documents:
- Transcript of the school indicating the name of school, student or current * date
- School of Education Bill indicating the name of school, student or current * date
- Indicating the name of school, student or current report card * date
- Faculty or staff: a current pay stub
- Faculty or staff: a letter from the Registrar of the educational entity confirming your current job *.
* Location in "progress" is in the last six months.
