  I am currently working on the Sobel edge detection using LabVIEW IMAQ Edge Detection VI.

  I did a VI for the same thing, but it does not give the result, I hope to have. I have attached the vi below and the images for which I wish to find the edges.

  The first thing you will probably need to change would be your threshold to 0.  Currently you are throwing all the edges of a value of less than 255, which is that each of them.

  Selection of several photos at once enter "9" to reject all still works them for me in Aperture 3.6 on El Capitan.

  Have you tested, if the problem occurs only in an Aperture library or libraries opening?

  Create a new Aperture library to test and see rejection, so it works.

  If it does not work in a new library either, I got trash Aperture preferences.

  In preferences file is now in the container folder in the user's library.

  Try this:

  • Leave the opening runs.
  • Then open your user library and delete the folder complete ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Aperture/
  • and the ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Aperture.plist file

  Your user library can still be hidden. To reveal the hidden user library:

  • Bring the Finder to the front by clicking on the desktop or the Finder icon in the Dock.
  • Select your folder user/home (with the House icon in the side bar of the Finder)
  • With this window in the Finder in the front window, press the ⌘J key combination to bring up the display options.
  • In the view options panel allow you to "show the library folder. That will make your visible user library folder in your folder.
  • Open your folder, then the library folder, then the containers.
  • Move the entire folder ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Aperture on your desktop. Move the entire folder, not just the content.
  • Delete ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Aperture.plist as well.

  Now, restart the Mac, start Aperture and try see your book.  If all goes well, delete the folder on the desktop.

  The express VI elapsed time can be configured to let you know if some time has occurred.  You can set this to 10 seconds and forcing a reset, if a transition has been detected.  This inside a while loop that you check once in a while.

  I have a problem in windows 7 when I connect any usb device to the PC nothing no past on this era, no installation of device or nothing showed on the screen. When checked with hardware troubleshooting tool and devices it has detected an error that is "hardware changes will not be detected.

  Please help me with this if anyone knows the solution please tell me

  Go to Device Manager, scroll down to USB controllers and right click and select uninstall.  Restart your PC.  Windows 7 should now re-dectet and reinstall the appropriate drivers for the USB ports.

  I have a machine to 2008R2 who is discovered with OMSA and iDRAC.  In the application logs I see ' change device name was detected based on MAC address xxxxxxx old name: xxxxxxx, new name: xxxxx "the old name is the host of the OMSA DNS entry and the new name is the DNS entry for the iDRAC.

  OME is getting confused?

  If it is not recommended to discover with OMSA and iDRAC for same host?

  The message that you see in the newspapers is to name DNS change in the database. If you notice the tree view of the devices, would not have changed the name of the device in the devices tree. Is this correct?

  For cases, when the server is inaccessible, there is no way that OME is unable to make a name for this resolution and if the DNS name of the device goes into the database and it takes the name DNS iDRAC. Newspapers are for all changes that occur in the database.

  You can certainly discover iDRAC and server set and correlation between server and RAC should arrive in the tree view of the devices with the name of the specified server.

  The automatic configuration feature is available in the wizard of Vision because it is very intensive and can be less robust in some cases. NOR does the packaging this feature in LabVIEW because NEITHER assume that users will be able to define a detection zone of edge suitable for their particular application which will be more robust without the need for these resources. So leaving the VI in an Express VI will allow you to use the automatic configuration for the edges to find tools.

• Lightroom CC change picture when you drag to second monitor

  I did research on this problem everywhere on the net and I can't find what I'm doing wrong.

  I use Lightroom CC on my laptop (Acer R13) and also via HDMI connection a second monitor.

  The second monitor is a monitor Eizo CG277 I calibrated using its own built in sensor.

  I created a profile for the Eizo monitor that displays images identical to those displayed on the screen of the laptop.

  The problem I have is that if I open lightroom on any one of the monitors and then do drag the window of lightroom on the other monitor, lightroom changes the appearance of the photo. Usually contrast and saturation decreases when going from laptop to the Eizo monitor.

  I shoot in raw and I am aware of the fact that lightroom initially displays jpeg shipped my camera and then make the raw file. The problem that I occurs after the raw file has been made and btw, after I generated the 1:1 previews.

  In fact, the problem occurs with any file, even JPEG files.

  The most interesting thing is that if I drag windows from one monitor to the other lightroom and keep the mouse button pressed the picture is unchanged and shows exactly the same as in the monitor where I dragged the window from. As soon as I release the mouse button and move the window, then the changes are applied.

  This happens in one of the lightroom modules but does not occur when you drag the photos in other applications (same color managed ones).

• Animate simple Collision in edge detection

  I'm new to lively edge and I created a game in which a player moves their character left and right on the screen, trying to avoid colliding with the other characters. I searched for a good and simple collision detection function/algorithm/plug-ins use to detect these collisions.

  The characters are all simple rectangles (convex?) and the other characters move vertically along the y-axis while the character of the hero can move left, right, upwards or downwards. I have 2 two questions that I can't solve right now:

  1. how to keep my character of heroes within the scene (I don't want him to go off the stage when the Player tries to move it left/right/etc... too far;)

  2. how to I detects collisions between hero and 20 characters or other character that drive up and down along the y axis?

  My thoughts are that inclusive would be all that is necessary for this game pretty simple because I don't have a lot of characters to check collisions and my characters are all rectangles.
