  • How to disable the Message box 'the current compatibility setting is not supported. Turn off compatibility view before you run this web page.

    Hi all

Since a few days, we are on 11.1.2.3.500 and using IE 11. In IE 11, we can use Oracle EPM Suite only in Enterprise Mode, otherwise only "Bindows" appears. Now, my question is how can I disable (or remove) the Popup Message "the current compatibility setting is not supported. Turn off compatibility view before you run this web page. "because it's really embarrassing that this message whenever I start a planning application, Manager of calc or what ever.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Kind regards

    André

You can go to tools > compatibility view settings and you should be able to remove the Web site / uncheck compatibility view so that you won't get this message

  • I bought a used iPhone 4S and erased and the previous owner had his account iCloud out of it, but I can't yet to complete the set up because he says sim card is not supported?

I bought a used iPhone 4s to a friend of mine, and they took their offshore and all iCloud account as they were supposed too. It still won't let me complete the set up it says that my card SIM of Fido is not supported, but the last time I saw the information of the carrier when the person that I bought the phone he said 15.5 Fido I think. Do I need to phone apple or what I call fido and to somehow cope? I myself remember having to change devices when using a fido handset represent the last I checked, and I'd love to have this figured out without having to pay more money. Help lol

The error you see on the SIM not supported is indicative of the device being locked to another carrier SIM card that you provide to. I suggest you check that with your friend and see if this device has been locked to another carrier. Could be called Apple, but all they could do was tell you what carrier of the device is locked to Apple do not unlock phones. Once find you the carrier, you need to contact and see if provide unlocking services, and if they do, see if you qualify to unlock. Once again, your best first call is to the friend you bought it from.

  • kb2596615 causes ade to failure, error was 459: object or class does not support the set of events

A couple of my users started getting our application error messages ade grown after you apply this update. Everything is well after its withdrawal. First mistake was 459: object or class does not support the set of events. Basically, no event has worked. Why is this update break my application? It should be removed from the queue of the update.

Okay, I've worked on it with Microsoft, and the actual cause turns out to be:

MS12-060 security update affects the functionality of Access database
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2748410

This article updated fingers MS12-060, specifically KB 2687441, as the culprit.

It turned out that ActiveX controls on the form (specifically the Microsoft Common Controls 6.0 Toolbar), caused the failure.

The solution was simple: on a patched machine, open each form with an ActiveX control in design mode, compile and save it. It worked for me. Ignore the details of the solution that I wrote in the previous post!

You may need to resave MSCOMCTL. OCX, as suggested in the article, to get your databases to work.

  • Like Firefox 4, but it is not supported by CapitalOne Bank? Why not put it to be used whan, it didn't support a bank to set up? I now have to download version 4?

I'll have to uninstall FireFox 4 because it is not supported by a Bank of the establishment. Why release this version if it is not supported by a large bank

You seem to be using a browser that we do not support

Currently, we design and test the site Web of Capital One in browsers Internet Explorer 7, 8 and
Firefox 3.6. If you visit our Web site using a different browser, you may experience some performance issues. To discover the Capital One's Web site as expected that you would like to use
one of the browsers that support us.

I went to the link and got the same message. However, if I clicked 'Continue', I was able to click on all the links in the site, apparently not having any problems, showing pages. Do you have problems to view other pages of the site?

It is not the responsibility of Firefox to make it compatible with all Web sites. Finally, it is the webmaster of each Web site to make sure that their sites are compatible with different browsers. And I don't know that some webmasters will refuse to update their sites to make it compatible with Firefox and force users to use IE only, for an unknown reason.

You can use the following add-on to view CapitalOne in IE only if you prefer:

  • Update ESXi3.5U3 to ESXi4 by vSphere update Utility error: host not supported - unhandled setting in startup disk page

When I try to upgrade my ESXi3.5 Server (which is Xeon E5310 on ASUS DSBV/SAS box with 5 SATA drive on the SAS controller unRAID) to ESXi4

I got error: unsupported Host - not support layout of startup disk

What can I do now? Is this bug or just, do not boot from the local disk support?

Since the fdisk-l to output provided, its clear that the 2nd partition is missing. The 2nd parition in ESXi Installable is the partition scratch (FAT16 file system), which is by default to 4 GB. During the upgrade the parition is resized to scrape (about 150 MB of space is used 4 GB) to extend the bootbanks of 49 MB to 256 MB.

I don't know the exact reason why the partition scratch missing here since it is generally created during the default installation. One possibility could be that there was a parition scratch already available on a secondary drive during installation and setup it has not created on the primary drive.

A standard partition for ESXi 3.5 with partition table scratch would look something like the following...

  • Oracle AIA CBIA PIP: Why account level settings are not supported?

    Gurus of HI AIA Comms

We have a requirement where the customer wants to use the BRM account level setting.
We observed that the account level setting is not supported in Oracle AIA CBIA PIP.

Can someone tell me why the account level adjustment is not supported?

Also, give suggestions on the way to meet the requirement of the customer.

    Concerning
    Arun

    Hi Arun,

Yes you are right, you should use the PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_ADJUSTMENT opcode. In Siebel side LOV value must be set ' account' except that we have added additional attributes to our requirement.

Changes required mainly to the process of 'CreateAccountBalanceAdjustmentPortalCommsProveABCSImpl '. New transformation must be created to convert EBM ABM PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_ADJUSTMENT and then call PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_ADJUSTMENT opcode.

In PL/SQL, it works, I can insert and extract.

    Now I'm trying in Java
ResultSet testrs is db_conn.createStatement () .executeQuery ("select s, book bq");.
    ARRAY arr = null;
    While (testrs.next ()) {}

    Hi Donald,.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

This happens usually when the script does not have enough permissions to manage this.

Please make sure that this folder applications, and two libraries have full read and write.

Also if it happens again, please tell me if you use Bridge for example or directly with Photoshop.

    Thank you

    Jitendra

I created a test web app in apex.oracle.com to try a few things. I created a Flash 2D pie chart in a Web page, and it seems to make very well. But before rendering, I get the error message above, on the region of graph for 1-2 seconds.

Can anynone tell me what means the error message above and why I'm getting this. I do not use a custom XML part. Has not changed the default settings of the chart area.

I could see above the error appearing clearly since the apex.oralce.com is so slow... and graphics region takes awhile to load. Otherwise I could not have noticed. It happens in the IE8 and Google chrome.

    Oralce Apex 4.2.5.00.006 (https://apex.oracle.com)

    Google Chrome 34.0.01847.116

    Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.19518

Can anyone help please. I'll try to become a test application setup dispalying this awhile earlier error message.

I used HTML5 graphics in apex 4.2.0.00.27 in my office in my real application workspace. Most of my users still use IE8. HTML5 graphics all appeared well in their IE8 browser. One fine day, some parameters must be changed by my network administrator or soemthing else could have happened. I have no idea. My webapplication HTML5 graphics disappear IE8 users. IE9 users had no problem. I contacted our IT support staff of any changes to security settings that day, or earlier. Absolutely no help from my frustration. I have to change maps of my application (only about 6 of them) to the Flash graphics to overcome this obstacle. This is the story behind why I use Flash cards. If anyone has experienced a similar problem in IE8 HTML5 graphics please shed any light for me... This problem may be nothing to do with the "XMLFile parameter error message', but I'm not sure.

You strike again BUG introduced with Oracle Application Express 4.2.5
