  You don't mention your model of laptop, but more likely it software Synaptics for the pointing device, then try the following.

  Open windows control panel.  Top-right next to the display by: select large Icond in the drop-down list.

  After the upgrade to 7.0.1 now the status bar disappeared!
  In another similar topic proposed to install any extension... but I don't want that I'm not to administer all the status bar icons and other things manually or status-4-Eva, who seems just stupid to me.

  For example, I needed the status bar to see No-Script and quick access icon to activate URLS in the current Web site.
  Also, I need to access the extension of another icon that would flash on the videos with... Flash.

  Now this and much more are gone and the right click is simply not the same in terms of ease of use.

  Is it really the default behavior for 7.0.1?
  I mean, do I turn my back on Firefox (after having been with Mozilla since Firebird!) or is this a topic: configuration string I need to edit?

  Perhaps inadvertently installed, you will need two files for the T3 - AppSlipRotate and StatusBarlib.

  If you delete these two files in your TX using any free file manager program (go, 3xCom, etc.) you must take back items that are missing.

  Be sure to remove these files from your Folder /Backup on your PC too!

  By default Firefox will be "reduced to adjust." You who can disable in layout in a regular window or in print preview, but it's hard to call Preview in the window pop up in print, because the menu bar and the toolbar are removed. If it is a common problem, you can use a different add-on (!) which puts the print preview before printing and Page Setup on the shortcut menu.

  Please try this...

  Open the registry editor by pressing the Windows key, type regedit and press ENTER. Click Yes when the guest user account control is displayed.

  

  Navigate to the following registry key in the Registry Editor:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell

  Right click on the ImmersiveShell key, point to new, and then select key.

  

  Name the key EdgeUI, and then press ENTER.

  Right click on the EdgeUI key, point to new and select DWORD value.

  

  Name the value DisableTLcorner, and then press ENTER.

  Create another equally DWORD value and name it DisableCharmsHint.

  

  Double-click the DisableTLcorner value, type 1 and press ENTER. This turns off the hot top-left corner, which activates the switch by default.

  Double-click the DisableCharmsHint value, type 1 and press ENTER. This turns off the top right and bottom right, which reveal the default charms bar.

  

  To cancel your changes and restore the hot corners in the future, click right DisableTLcorner and DisableCharmsHint, values that you created, then delete them.

  I bought my toshiba Satellite S50-B-12R this Saturday but the moment where I couldn't use my webcam.

  First laptop was already preloaded with Toshiba picture and all the drivers and software have been installed too.
  That's why driver extra installation isn t necessary.

  Secondly, preinstalled Win 8.1 system contains the driver for the webcam. The driver is designed by Microsoft and part of the system.

  The 8.1 win provides a webcam application that you might find on the surface of 8.1 to win.
  But before using the application, you must add the webcam access and change privacy settings.

  Charm-> Open bar (Win key + C)-> settings-> permissions enable webcam & microphone

  Now close and reopen the webcam app. You should have your camera app works fine now

  First card to disconnect your a/c, stop and remove the battery.

  Plug the a/c adapter and re - turn your E430.

  From the charming search bar and open the Device Manager.

  Expand your battery and do a right-click on the compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery

  Select uninstall, shut down your computer, disconnect your a/c adapter.

  Insert your battery, and upon restarting, Windows should automatically reinstall the power manager.

  I've recently updated for Windows 8.1, then the hand space tool does more work in photoshop cc (and all other versions of all accounts) anyone who uses photoshop anywhere near advanced levels will know that this feature is essential.
  A little research showed that the problem is more than likely the touchpad driver update to disable certain gestures when you press the space bar (and many other keys).
  Can I go back to the 8.0 windows? Or take back the driver for the synaptics touchpad? Y at - it an update on how to solve this problem?
  It literally makes the camera useless to hundreds of thousands of photoshop users when editing on the fly.
  Any help would be appreciated.
  It is not the old problem of the programs running in the background such as Firefox or chrome. It is a new problem windows 8.1.

  I fixed it,

  Here's an idiots guide (I'm a fool)
  Move the cursor to the lower right corner, the charm thingy bar will appear with control panel of power etc.
  Go to research (top) and the return type press "settings" (without speech marks).
  Click settings to laptop
  Click on settings of the Mouse/touchpad (or similar)
  The late drop down menu select Disable or turn off delay
  Job done.

  Hi! It's Pranzell. Guys, it's like a very simple. Here, follow my steps :
  
  
  1. Switch Off your bluetooth device. Any device, just turn it off.
  2. now the charms blow bar and open settings ->  change the settings of PC-> devices.
  3. keep it button / STOP for 8 seconds or more until a BLUE led flashes and Flash.
  4. your device came into PAIRING MODE, quickly, click "Search devices" in your computer.
   
  5. remember the blue led of your device blinks just 3 minutes (Nokia/hTC/Blackberry/Jabra/Phillips) search and pair your device in this time only.
  6 install/update the drivers manually if necessary. W8 is usually installed in everthing.
  7. the pairs! You will receive a notification, "added stereo Audio Gateway".
  8 open the Panel of control-> hardware and sound-> sound-> the Read tab.
  9. right click on the new added device and assign as the default value. 
  10 say thank you!  :)

  I suggest you try to update the display drivers and check if it helps to solve the problem.

  (1) since when are you facing this problem?

  (2) remember to make changes before this problem?

  Update Device Manager graphics card readers:

  one) dragging the edge right of the screen to access the charms to bar, in start search box, type devmgmt.msc , and select open.

  (b) extend the graphics cards.

  (c) click on Properties, click the driver tab.

  (d) click the Update driver button.

  (e) click on the OK button.

  I have a new HP laptop with Windows 8.1. I HATE the charms bar. It is very annoying. I have disabled the function of the angle of the bar charms appears is more that if I drag the edges of the corner, however, it pop again randomly.
