  Got a bitter ebay seller sent hordes of fraudulent emails - I read that it is possible to block this address but when I try to follow the advice I've seen on youtube - I go to than any other because when I sign in windows live mail is no GEAR icon anywhere on my page. It says to click on it. Which means I can't go any further.

  These instructions will be very detailed, but should be easy enough to follow, I hope.

  Please open the email you received from EA Games. In the body of the email, you should see a web address also known under the name of a URL. The format should be similar to:

  http://www.example.com/this-is-what-a-URL-looks-like.html

  If clicking this link automatically takes you to the EA Games site, you will need to copy and paste the web address into your web browser. First of all, use your mouse to select and copy the web address:

  1 with the pointer of your mouse pointing at the end of the web address, click and hold the left mouse button and drag the pointer to the left until the beginning of the address.

  2. release the mouse button. The entire web address should now be highlighted. If not, try again.

  3. move your mouse on the web address highlighted, press on the right button of the mouse. A menu should appear next to the web address with options like 'Cut', 'Copy' and 'paste '.
