I bought my Dell coming 8 Pro a year ago and only used a few weeks before my view suddenly went really wrong. I even try to load every day and if all goes well kept most of the updates, but I have not used because I'm not good enough. I want to give my daughter in law but don't know what to do to get ready for a new owner. I did put a thing on the HDD except the apps that I downloaded from the Microsoft store. Thanks in advance for any advice or assistance.

Best approach would be not to use the PayPal widget and instead copy and paste the PayPal code embedded in an object > object to insert the HTML in Muse. This way you can edit the HTML code to embed PayPal code from Muse and without having to modify the exported code.

Did you try to start your computer in Mode without fail (repeatedly, key to tap the F8 as your computer starts) and then try to re-assignment of drive letters?
I think that some programs on your machine may be playing with your drive letters. Boot safe mode will allow Windows to operate with a minimum of processes that are running and you should be able to change drive letters in these conditions.
