  Is there a way to check if a string value can be converted to a number?
  
  I try to add a filter to a report that will check when the data in a column is a number. This column can contain either numbers or strings. For example: I don't want to see '423' and '6562' but I wouldn't see 'ABC' or '23TSDF '.
  
  I'm not aware of any type of isInt() of the functions in the report designer - or maybe try a CAST statement and being able to catch the thrown error?

  VBS script hyva also contract dem die beiden Zeilen 18 und 19 wie folgt angepaßt werden:

  I'm trying to get a number, paved with up to 3 zeros to the left and keep the two decimal places of it.

  IE: If the number is 6.25 then I want the string "006.25".

  If it's 60.125 I want to make "060.12" (rounded to the hundredth decimal closest)

  I tried using the 'String Format"with variations of differnet from the '% 03d' and '.2f '. but I can't have one the right combination of both of them in a single order. Am I missing something here?

  I'm doing something that seems just, and I wonder how much trouble I have with this.  I'm sure there is a way to get LabVIEW for this.

  I have a table of numbers (double), and I use the 'Worksheet picture String' function to generate a string that I can write to a file.

  The problem I have is I want to make the chain to omit useless zeros after the decimal point, but I don't want to limit the accuracy of the numbers that requires it.

  For example, if my data is as follows:

  0.02

  0.4476

  -0.0244570001

  I would like for the string I can be exactly like what I wrote above.  However, depeding on the format string that I use, that's what I get:

  format string: %.10f

  0.0200000000

  0.4476000000

  -0.0244570001

  format string: %f (it seems that by default 6 figures)

  0.020000

  0.447600

  -0.024457

  format string: %.4f

  0,0200

  0.4476

  I am looking for a string to a number (integer or float) without knowing its index in the string and to extract it - whether in digital format or a string.  for example "52,63 number appears in this string." I want to extract/identify "52,63.

  "Privoxy" is a 3rd party is no program not part of Windows XP.  You can go to
