• Why creative Cloud will not update on my laptop?

  When I open the creative cloud application, I have an update message is available and have the choice of update or to immediately stop the application. So I choose the update and in the Middle, receive a message from a different version of the creative cloud is running and must be completed to continue.   I actually have the CC desktop application installed for a while.   Now I can't find a download for the CC updater. I am now without a creative cloud connector.  I am always connected to LR however.

  OK a google search to download updater creative cloud made me to the right spot. Adobe in my OP page apparently needs to reinstall link updated. I new CC and he's going through the motions. I have not lost any applications, files, fonts, etc... in the process

I went to an online chat with the customer support and was informed by the operator that he had updated my account information. It was three days ago and I keep getting the message that my account now has 24 more days to stay active. What can I do now?

  Try to run Photoshop without loading third-party plug-in. hold SHIFT keys when you start Photoshop.  The missing module is not Adobe software.

  Just checked inside the Application Support/Adobe/CC library and taking a lot of space locally? Can I safely remove this folder to free up space?

  Library assets are synchronized and stored locally when used. It works as expected. Deletion of things will just save as missing and redownload it...

  There is no such thing as disabling Lightroom 5.7. Just uninstall the software.

  Looks like you have installed 6 Lightroom on two of your computers (including the MacBook Air). In this case, you must find and launch Lightroom 6 (not Lightroom 5.7 or any other version of Lightroom 5) on the MacBook Air and then in the menu help, select logout.
