  Make sure that you are connected to the CC profile through the Illustrator preferences. Once you create the themes on the site of Adobe color. You should see the themes load in the palette of theme.

  Well, you work with linerarized colors in AE according to your screenshot, so naturally he does not correspond. You must read about color management and how AE handles such things and change your settings for project properly.

  This is a bug and it is being investigated. As for now, you can click the eyedropper icon in the Recolorier Art dialog box to reset the graph.
