Chrome browser redraw issue.

I have this annoying problem with redrawing in the Chrome browser. I use the latest VMware workstation 9 running 64-bit Windows 7 and the latest Google Chrome browser.

I also hung with a Materox TrippleHead2Go Digital SE 3 screen solution.

When you work with Chrome it doesn't redraws not the window properly when switching between Web pages. Part of the page Web previous is displayed in the new Web page and not disappear unless I hover the mouse over it, or force the window to redraw pushing it back and fourth by clicking and dragging on the screen.

It is not only previous Web pages that are displayed. It could also be portions of the screen from other apps showing as a layer on the webpage in Chrome. It only happens in that browser. IE works fine.

My graphics card says "VMware svga virtual 3d graphics card. 7.14.1.5025 driver version.

It's driving me crazy! Any suggestions?

Disabling hardware acceleration does the trick.

What Firefox locale (UI language) do you use?

Try a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.

    • Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

    • (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
    • (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.

  • Script is not responding: chrome://browser/content/places/browser Views.js of Places: 115

Firefox has become very slow to load.

After about four minutes, the Firefox image for a Web page is displayed. Finally, the screen for my home page (Bing) fills the screen. I get the following error message: "WARNING: unresponsive script: a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding...» Script: chrome://browser/content/places/browser places Views.js: 115 "

Is this script connected to Bing or Firefox?

If Firefox, how can I stop referring to this error? I uninstalled Chrome from my laptop and strongly prefer not to use it.

I clean my Internet cache using CCleaner, every night. Often the files add up to 200 to 320 MB.

    Win XP Pro SP3.

Thanks a lot for your help.

It of a bit like the engine and turn it back on. It should not change anything, but... Maybe Firefox strives to update something and he couldn't finish the job, while Bing has been posted? In any case, I hope that whatever it is done now.

Not sure why you think that it is not compatible. Works for me with OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan and Safari 9.1

Another option is to download the Kindle app in Menu Apple > App Store
