• Compartibility of Cisco and Apple products

  I have a problem with presenting MX800 and iPhone. It does not work.

  Hello everyone, I need big answers and great help. I recently bought a HP Pavilion laptop dv7, who has a card intel centrino wireless-n 6150 installed. My router is a Cisco E4200 5 GHz wireless router. The pity is that the laptop (dv7) does not recognize my Wireless N (not even standing next to the router). Does anyone have any idea or advice on how to make this work?

  Intel Centrino Wireless - N 6150 is a single band card (this card is the product of WiFi only single band 802.11bgn in the Intel Centrino Wireless 6000 series).

  Connect to the router, then activate the 2.4 GHz network (5 GHz network can be defined as being disabled).

  When you do this your wireless card should find network.

  You can now do out-of-band with wireless deployments, but you must have a Wireless Lan Controller manage your APs. You can't do it with autonomous APs.

• Cannot add a Cisco CP 2.1 wireless

  I am very new with Cisco devices. I have a Cisco 851 router wireless and I configured manually (a simple local network with a Wan interface for internet).

  Now, I'm trying to add a Wpa wireless network to complete the configuration of my wanted.

  I use the new Cisco Configuration professional 2.1 (the thick interface on my laptop and the Express one on the router).

  I watched 2 screens casts ( http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_configuration_professional/scrcst/ccpsc.html -> "Configuring the Wireless feature on routers with Dot11 Radio Interface" & "Set up a wireless network with WPA personal security enabled").

  Basically, these casts screens show how to access the basic graphical interface to simply add a wireless network (see the screenshot in attachment).

  Then I got the following error message: "no more than - 1 SSID can be configured for the Dot11Radio0 interface."

  It's strange to me because my setup is quiet basic and I haven't even touched the Dot11Radio0 interface.

  The other link (at the bottom of the screenshot) wireless application is too complex for me and I want to add my network wireless through the Cisco CP 2.1 Basic interface and see the CLI commands.

  Here is some information on my router (if more information is needed, please let me know)

  Hi Gregory,

  I discovered that Cisco Configuration Professional-> add wireless network is not supported on the particular IOS image that you use. You need the IOS version to 124 - 15.T or higher. Could you pls try after upgrading the IOS pls image?

• Cisco 881 cannot get wireless working

  Hi all

  I just bought a 881w and his works fine except the wireless part. Strange things are happening:

  (1) router is configured and works, I can browse the internet without any problem.

  (2) when I connect to the CCP, I can click on the option 'Wireless', and after typing my credentials, I can see the tabs 'Basic Configuration' and 'Network Configuration ';

  (3) I have assigned a static IP address for the wireless-access point (https://172.16.74.200);

  (4) when I click on the button "Launch Wireless Application" (which comes to open a browser to "https://172.16.74.200"), I get a Web page with just one button inside (see attached screenshot). When I click on the button, InternetExplorer gives a JavaScript error. When I look at the page source, I see where it won't: the JS function below uses the value of a field and expects some values. But the field contains a message of error-Cisco... Strange right?

  (5) when I add a network on the tab 'Network Configuration', my PC does not see a network, but it has the SSID is not visible (Yes = SSID broadcast, see the screenshots attached).

  Can someone help me? I think I ran out of options...

  This could be linked to the UI, DPI problem in 12.5.1.21. If your display is set to something other than 100%, the user interface is really messed up. If you can hold the tiny icons and microscopic text, then set your display to 100%, and the user interface will look 'normal '. This isn't a fix or a resolution, but it is a workaround.

• Auto unlock with Mac OS and Apple Watch

  I know that you need a Mac 2013 or later with Mac OS, a Apple Watch with watch OS 3 and two factor authentication (not two authentication step) to activate this feature, but for some reason, it does not appear in my system preferences.

  I have upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPad 2 Air. Since then, I am unable to connect to the services using iCloud or Apple ID. Does not load App Store, iTunes Store does not load, verification for the two-step verification code are never sent. When I try to access iCloud and Apple ID settings, I see that I am connected to iCloud and my ID Apple, but then the iPad freezes or gives vague errors like "can't check at the moment." I can connect to iCloud.com with no problems, and all internet connections are healthy. I can navigate in safari and use other web-based applications.

  I deleted all the content and parameters of the iPad twice and the problem persists. I got iPad directly from the latest version of iTunes and still the same problem.
