Create shortcuts with the command line switches
I have three versions of Word on my computer. (I know, I'm a masochist).
There are times when I want to run one of them in safe mode. Those who get me if I run winword.exe /a in the run window let you guess.
I know I can get it by including all the way, but it's a pain.
I would like to make a few shortcuts in Windows that would do this for me. However, I don't know how to add the command line switches. I used to be able to properties (similar to editing a .pif file) but it doesn't seem to be an option.

What is the best way to backup of virtual machines on a standalone ESX with the data store local

I want to save the virtual machines on a host ESX autonomous. and all of these virtual machines is the local data store. What is the best way to save these virtual machines in this situation?
And probably we don't provision VTL on the local data center, so it is possible to use VCB to backup? And VCB is a good choice compared to the traditional method that installs the backup client in each virtual machine? Because I think that in this situation with the data store local, it cannot not reduced the load on ESX hosts and network overhead can be avoided.

VCB is completely unrelated to the tape library, it is a framework, not a backup solution. If your standard backup software can work with the remote tape library you can try it to ungrateful with VCB.

I installed windows 10 x 86 business on my Acer Aspire switch 10F, because there were 10 x 86 host windows install before and I couldn't get into my computer in the domain. Now, the computer is in the domain, but I have problems with drivers. I tried to install all the drivers that are on the site acer for my Acer Aspire switch 10F. And then I did the windows updates, but I have 2 drivers that do not work is the one whose name is "Kionix sensor Fusion device" and the other whose name is 'Micro Capella CM3218x ambient light sensor. Without these drivers, I can't activate the automatic rotation for when I want to use my device in the form of tablets and I can't use the automatic brightness for display.

import data with the command line switch
Is it possible to automatically import data to a .pdf file? My idea would be a command line switch, but another way would be appreciated also.
To explain myself better (my English is bad and I use a non-English version of Adobe Acrobat Reader):
I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and got a PDF with a lot of filelds. Now I can open the 'empty' file and import the data (.xml or .xdp format, I prefer .xml). It works very well.
I would like to stress that this task "import data" is performed automatically when I run the file - so I think that a command line parameter, but also another (macros?) way would be OK.

PS6210 - it can negotiate with the 1 Gbps switches?
I was wondering if anyone knew if the caught PS6210 supported negotiation 1 Gbit/s instead of 10 Gbps? We would like to take advantage of this feature if possible as an interim solution until we get 10 Gbps switches set up.

Cisco ISE and the fast user switching
Greetings,
In our deployment, we are interested in using the "fast user switching" which lies in the functionality of Windows. After searching for a while, I see that the native Windows supplicant is not compatible with the fast user switching. It does not appear that Anyconnect is either. Can you please inform me as to what suppluicant, I need research to enable the functionality of Switchign user?
We currently use ISE 1.2 Patch 4.

Cisco EHT NAC Agent does not support Windows fast user change when you use the native supplicant. This is because there is not clearly the older user disconnecting. When a new user is sent, the Agent is hung on the ID process and the old user session and therefore a new posture cannot take place. According to Microsoft Security policy, it is recommended to disable the fast user switching.

Problems with config Small Business switch
Hi, I know that if I read the documentation I will come for answers, but I'd really like some input from someone with more knowledge than me. I have a problem with Cisco SF300, one of the Small Business switches. I have a single interface on my router and I need to separate my internal networks, I thought that one way would be to use VLANs. On my two internal networks a network has D-Link unmanaged switches, the other has the Cisco SF300 I did as follows.
On the Cisco Switch, all of the default ports for ports of junction. I changed FE1-FE24 and GE1-2 to access ports.
Created two VLAN and placed FE1-FE24 in VLAN10 (also my management VLAN), GE3 is a trunk Port for unidentified VLAN20, VLAN 20 uplinks to my DiLink switches. This way my unmanaged switches traffic arrives on a trunk on VLAN20 untagged port.
GE4 is a trunk port and I assigned to VLAN1 untagged, tag VLAN10 VLAN20 tag and. 10 of VLANS and VLAN 20 then to my router.
The plan was to connect GE4 to my router, but I had two things happen that I can't explain.
All first as soon as I connected my D-Link to GE3 LAN on VLAN20 came down, I couldn't ping servers from computers etc, all devices are connected to the D-links unmanaged. Secondly, the responsibilities of VLAN changed on GE3 GE4, VLAN 10 and 20 disappeared and only the VLAN by default was assigned, also under settings VLAN my state of interface VLAN for VLAN20 shows people with reduced mobility. One of my FE12 continues also to change VLAN access ports.
Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what might have crushed the LAN and why change my VLAN. I wrote my config running at startup configuration incidentally.

Does anyone have an experience of real life to the deployment of the 1252 s on 802.3af regular PoE switches? I have a few 1252 s a certain ports PoE 3560 and issuing upward with alarms 'low power '.
