Class on cards SanDisk SDxx speed

Each fact cards SanDisk class 2 SD (read 2 MB/s)?

Y at - it a table that shows the different rates of SanDisk cards and whatever sysbols identify the speed?

Yes, sandisk has done 2 class cards in standard and ultra line, but all were struck recently at the 4. each ultra standard, that is to say extreme line have different specifications.

    Hi mikewinburn,

We cannot guarantee the functionality of this capacity of the card with the camera. But you can be sure that Sony has tested the cards of third parties such as SanDisk and proven that they work with our cameras. You can use cards with capacities larger than 64 GB, 128 GB and 256Go such as.

  • Maximum capacity supported for card SanDisk® sport Clip

Announcement pls advise what is the maximum capacity supported for the SanDisk® sport video memory card!

    Thank you.

The Sport Clip has a limit of 2,000 songs to memory card database. The separate database for memory internal

has a limit of 2,000 songs. Maps of size greater than 32 GB in FAT32 format can work well in the Sport Clip, or they could be problematic. The problem is that these cards are class 10 or faster and faster than the class 4 cards could cause problems in the Sandisk players. If you want to be sure of not having compatibility problems with a card, then the largest capacity card to be used in the Sport Clip is a Sandisk 32 GB class 4 microSDHC card.

Some other brands of 32 GB cards could cause problems to allow, even if they are class 4 or slower. I suggest you get a Sandisk 32 GB class 4 card microSDHC sealed in a lot of detail from a reliable dealer. They are now cheap.

  • Unable to get the max with Intel pro 3945ABG card Wlan download speed

    Grettings all,.

I have, as the shows theme, a model of router Philips SNB650 and Intel pro 3945ABG wireless card.
The card supports up to 54Mbps while the router can handel upp to 108mbps. The router is in the same room as my laptop and I recive full force and 45mbps connection. I also have an internet connection of 100/10 Mbps (100 downwards, up to 10). The problem is that I can never reach maxlimit when I download files.

One I download since has the same connection as me, and through him, I get 1.45mbps, which is normal with our two connections. However, when I download it and other sources, I never reach more than 1.45mbps a total, counting all together downloads. So when I download 1.45 my brother and someone else, something with connection equalent, the download speed of my brother will decrease, as well as the other connection.

I contacted Philips suport and asked if he could be a setting in the router which does the job in this way, but the answer I got was that I should turn on max-double-sided. I know where to find it, even if they described in their message. Network connections-> network-> properties-> advanced card and it make the change with the duplex mode. But the only option for windows, built in firewall.

I searched on the net for possible solutions, but found nothing. However, I found a few tips about the wireless network card. And that's to go to the device run-> ECS-> NIC in question and make a few changes, such as: Power management (max game, have you tried other variants), roaming Aggressivness (set to max, have you tried other variants) and transmitting power (max by default, tried other variations).

None of the above configurations makes no difference to my network speed. So, now I turn to you, to see if anyone has a solution. Is there a way to change the duplex mode for all wireless network cards?

Perhaps I should mention that I have the latest drivers for my network card, but he had the same problem with the 'old'.

    Thanks in advance,
    / Martin

    Hello

I would try to explain what I understand what you're saying.

Even with a 100/10 connection does not mean what download you to. There are a few Web sites on the internet that test true download you have. You might want to try one, because I never downloaded to my max download rate.

It entirely depends on many variables. The Web site you download from (they could cap their downloads to customers at 1 Mb if they chose) etc. Could be your ISP that has the problem etc.

I doubt the computer or settings are the problem. Call your service provider and ask them what the problem is.

  • uSDHC class 4 vs. class 6 cards

    Hi entire community

I have been looking for the answer, but found none. Can someone do a test with cards SDHC class 4 and 6?

    Lets say:

-remove all data from the card (format)

-Put there say 200-500files = the same files on class4 and class6 (it would be perfect if it could be around 2 GB - 4 GB, so the statistical error will be smaller)

    -clear pieces of rocket

-put the card in the reader and measure how long it will refresh database.

IM thinking of buy 8 GB SDHC, but I have still not decided if class 4 or 6.

Thanks for your time on the boards.

You can be too much thinking and assign too much importance to the potential results of such a test. Any difference between the 2 will be negligible if the refresh rate is concerned and even how long it takes to transfer the files from the computer to the card in the 1st place. A few seconds here or there won't Rob you of that a lot of your life. You'll probably wasting a lot more him trying to find the answer you are looking for.

More worrisome would be how much $$ is one against the other. And it certainly pays to shop around.

It has nothing to do with formats. You have a 14.9 GB card, not a 16GB
    one.

All hard drive manufacturers (and SD card manufacturers) defines 1 GB as
1 000 000 000 bytes, while the rest of the world of computing, including
    Windows, defines it as 2 to the 30th power bytes (1 073 741 824). If a
16 billion bytes disk is actually about 14.9 GB.

Of some note as the official international standard
    sets the 'G' of GB as 1 billion, not 1 073 741 824. Fix
Although they are, using the binary value of GB is so well-established
in the world of computing that I consider using the decimal value of a
g $ passing from the manufacturer.

  • New graphics card = CPU fan speed is going mental

Recently, I bought a HP p6319uk and received a Sapphire Radeon 5870 as a gift. I bought a new power supply (Corsair TX-850) and install two components yesterday. Now, whenever the PC is turned on, the CPU fan seems to work to full skin and noise is simply too hard to use the device comfortably. The machine also seems to work very well.

I was check autour online and most of these sorts of problems seem to be resolved via the BIOS, but I checked it (after downloading the latest version) and I don't see all the settings that involve fans.

    Help?

    Rick

Are you sure that the fan noise is the CPU fan?  It could be the GPU fan you hear.  I would try to remove the new graphics card first.  If the noise is still there, then try the PS.  One of those new things may have changed the way the system works.  If the noise is still there, take a look at the junction between the CPU and the heatsink.  It could be the heat sink has been moved or dislodged when the other components have been changed. And it is causing the thermal sensor on the processor to ask for more cooling, because it's hot.

  • Question on choosing a second card GPU to speed up the rendering

    Hi all.

I'm on first Pro CC 7.2.1 (for Windows) and I would like to add a second GPU card in the system, since CC PP supports several cards GPU for rendering.

My question is this: the 2nd GPU must be identical to the 1st? or may be significantly faster (or less) and still the two cards will work well together without problems (i.e. adding a card GTX-780 to a system with a GTX-660 card already installed in it).

Thank you very much in advance guys.

Each complex will have something that is the "bottleneck".  For example, if you have two kind of evenly matched highend cards, then the CPU will be your bottleneck.  If you have two different cards then the old card may not even useful to have in the system.  It really depends on your support and the workflow.  If as I do have media HD AVCHD, most of the time I got out DVDS and have a hex core CPU overclocked use usually some effects MPE accelerated, then a second card could repay.  I ran a 680 GTX and GTX 660 cards with my new GTX 780.  If you are registered on our site PPBM7 you can see my results, currently the fourth result belongs with a GTX 680 and a GTX 780 and one below which is with just a 780 GTX

  • Adding a RAID card to help speed up the export (and another question reader) in first Pro CC

First of all, I read the Page Tweakers export section because that is my main concern is. First my questions, then the background and my current and proposed configurations:

Question 1: Adding a hardware RAID controller, for example an LSI MegaRAID will sufficiently remove the burden of parity management CPU on my RAID 5 software that the CPU will jump of joy and export faster?

Question 2: If true for above, then compare thoughts on adding smaller SSD for either a RAID 0 or less two RAID 0 volume volume complete HDD RAID 5. In other words, I think the purchase of four Samsung 850 Pro 128 GB SSD to put in a four disk volume to handle everything (projects/media, media, previews, export cache), or split it into two volumes of two disks of each and divide the tasks, or keep the idea of volume four disc and previews and exports on my drive HARD RAID 5 array.

The 850 are valued at SEQ write: 550 / 470 MB/s so I could get around 2000 / 1500 MB/s read/write to a disk four RAID 0 or 1/2 who, if I divided in two volumes to minimize the volume of read/write at the same time, if it really matters with these SSD?

The Tweaker page made some comments. A split is carried out the tasks between different drives, rather than a large effective RAID can really slow things down. Because SSDS are much faster than a single HARD disk, I think its more accurate than so I'm leaning towards the configuration of four discs put OS & programs on the C drive, media & projects on media on SSD (2 disks RAID 0) Cache and D (HDD RAID 5), file exchange & Previews & export on 2nd SSD RAID 0 (or combine the two RAID 0 and their functions).

Just trying to get a point of view here, since I have not bought anything yet. Any experience/stories, I would be grateful.

    My current setup of training:

My D drive is a software RAID 5 consisting of four 1 TB Western Digital RE4 (RED) 7200 RPM hard drives with CrystalDiskMark SEQ read/write of 339 / 252 MB/s.

The C drive is 500 GB SSD (Samsung 840 (not Pro) and fact 531 / 330 MB/s.) My OS, Program Files and Page file are on C and media data/files/projects, etc. that are all about the RAID drive.

    Problem:

Current configuration allows for smooth installation, just export seems slow, usually taking between two and two and a half times the video length to export. Thus, a 10 minute video takes 20-30 minutes for export. 15 minute video can take 30-40 minutes to export. The first 10% of the export of re-encoding takes less than a minute (seems fast), but it becomes slower when the final 10 or 20 percent may hang for several minutes as my system is running out of steam. So, where's the waste?

I activated the hardware acceleration (because the GPU hack my GPU is not listed) and it can break through to 25% use a few times and eat up to 600 MB of VRAM (I have 2 GB of VRAM), otherwise it is slowed down export set. The CPU can boost at 50%, but it seems either too busy.

Our calendar is simple with two video and two audio streams (a little music and especially the voices), with simple transitions (jump cuts or cross dissolves). Sometimes, we fast correct color, so that could use the GPU? Also, given that we are filming in 1080 P 60 p and 1080 export 29.97 FPS, I think who is scaling and using the GPU. I know that without the GPU, it takes much longer. I excluded buy a faster GPU because it doesn't seem to be breaking a sweat. I just need to know if my system is a bottleneck at the level of the disk hard because I am using software RAID and my disks are slow and hardware RAID will considerably reduce the processor load so it can export more quickly.

Our files are not huge in nature. Most of our clips are several MBs each. Total files in the project are between 5 GB and 10 GB for each video with Windows Media File export being 500 MB to 1.2 GB on average. Look using Panasonic Camcorders, so the original files are AVCHD, I think (.) MTS files?).

    Considerations:

    1. I think to buy (and future proofing) a LSI Logic MegaRAID 9361-8i is 12 Gb/s SAS and SATA (because some SSD current can exceed the standard 6 Gbps).

    2. I will not replace my current HDD RAID 5 as not in my budget to spend 6 or more large SSD. These discs are more important to me for temporary storage because I delete files saved once. I don't mind a few smaller SSD inexpensive if they can make a significant difference for editing and export.

I can only guess my RAID HDD is slow but the CPU is burdened by parity. I guess running RAID 10 would not really help.

    My configuration:

    my configuration:

    CPU - CPU i7 - 3930K @4.5 GHz

    RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR3 2133 @2000

    Motherboard - ASUS P9X79 WS LGA 2011

GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 OC 2 GB (performed the hack of compatibility list to activate hardware acceleration).

    Drive C - 500 GB Samsung SSD (programs and Windows 7 Pro 64-bit) 840.

D drive - four 1 TB WD RE4 enterprise hard drives 7200 rpm in RAID 5 software

Box - Cooler Master HAF X

CPU fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with 120 mm fan

Power - series Pro Corsair AX 850 watts 80 Plus Gold

    Optical drive - Pioneer BDR - 208DBK

    Thanks in advance,

OK, after overload of information on everything I tried (free), which might be my answer here. I went from codecs to export. When you use Windows Media File, Premiere Pro seems chugging along much slower than when you use the h.264 (not h.264 Blu - Ray). I don't know if it's because Microsoft has found a way to break it or what. But I'm the CPU usage of 70-85% on the 2 Pass of 2 as well as the use of the memory of 40% (or 12 GB). It exported in 14 minutes. Woo - hoo. I then did a similar test using Windows Media File. It took 31 minutes to export. The CPU has spent much of his time in the 30%, especially down in the 1930s mid-1940s with spike for memory usage was only 24% to 35% and 50%. Since then, I've read how h.264 codec is 'plu' for online files. It compresses better with less compression artifacts. He seems better, etc. Well, they both seemed on the same thing for me. I play both on my TV 70 "before I could comment further. In the future, I will consider a RAID controller and upgrade the HDDs to SSDS.

  • Problems with Fuze + and new 32 GB Sandisk microSD card class 4. CAVEAT!

I bought this card on Amazon.com and it was listed as a card MicroSDHC card SDSDQ - 032 G-A11M us retail package.

This was announced as a class 2 card, but the card is labeled as a class 4 card and it's true that the write speed of this card on average 3.8 MB/sec.

I have inserted in my rocket + and got the error that there is a file system error and to format the card in FAT32.  I formatted the card under Windows 7 times using a format formatting fast and Normal and tried to write on it and it works perfectly through the windows.

I even did a full load test using H2Testw and he filled out the card and checked the files and it passes, so the map seems to work as expected.  In windows, in MSC mode, it works without problem.

However, as soon as unplug you it from the computer the "rocket" does not recognize this.

At first I thought that I had a card that is counterfeit, but doing some research forum revealed that Sandisk has been quietly replace existing map of class 2 with class 4 cards.  That's fine, but something happened because this card can not be read by the Fuze +.

I have left a note with technical support and am about to do a live chat with the technicians there.  I hope they have a solution, or that the new firmware addresses this.

This isn't a problem with the hardware or the card.  The card goes up and works perfectly under Windows so that inserted in the Fuze +, this seems to be a problem with the firmware as it will not mount this card.  I hope that Sandisk is a fix soon.  But for now I'm stuck.  I have a card that I can't come back because it is not bad for a player who did not recognize.

Specifically, I bought the Sandisk card to go in my player Sansa because I thought they would have tested their own cards with their own products.  My disappointment is understandable.

Any help anyone has would be great.

Yes, they want to take a photo of the card and my phone is worse than mine.  I'll have to use camera for my daughter to get a good picture of the card.

As I said, it seems that the map is read and write correctly.  I have same h2testw.exe rand on and filled the card and it passes.

    Weird stuff.

    Will be.
