I had to make a change to an other add-on similar to this add-on in the past year, as the previous add-on I used work more evenly. My suggestion for you: consider uninstall IE View, since it does not work for you and install IE Tab. Other drivers available include 8ass82ww.exe and 8axv51ww.exe - these don't work. Installation of the own Support Center Lenovo software shows that the Base system device driver is not installed. I can't find a way to install it. I tried installing driver exe files and searching the same files using the browse-for-the window Windows files during the installation of the drivers for the Base system device.

Windows Update?  If it is standard, and it does not install, is there a way to reinstall the service?  I found a link on the Dell site that got copy tbssvc.dll from a work computer, paste it to a computer for non-working, create new registry keys and register the dll from the registry.  It works, but I prefer not to go down this rabbit hole if there is a simpler solution.  Thanks for your help.
