  I am trying to install Photoshop CS6 on my laptop and it says "start installation" and the bar goes all the way to the right, then everything disappears.  Nothing else happens. I repeated it several times. Windows 7.

  Adobe end all processes from the Task Manager.

  Go to C: > Program (x 86) > common files > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete the files Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  If this does not work, then I suggest that you take it to a repair shop of computer with a good reputation for the service where they can troubleshoot, diagnose, identify and possibly repair or replace the problem.  Before you import it in, I suggest that you protect your important data, as it is likely that they will wipe the hard drive clean in the process.  You can use Knoppix http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html with a good ISO as Copier: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm as well as a blank CD.  This should hopefully give you enough access to the system (if you do not have any other means) to backup your important data.  Otherwise, slave the drive to another computer and copy the data in this way.

  I'm sorry, we can not help more, but from your description there is no option of software if you do not have to do a clean install of an Installation of Vista genuine disc.

  InDesign has worked well for a long time.  Then recently, after I and to reset my computer to an earlier time, stopped Indesign let me export to PDF format. I get no error message.  It's just that nothing happens after that I have to export it.  I have some big deadlines for printin and am desperate for help.  I sent the Indesign file to someone else, and they were able to export and create a PDF file.

  Hi Pat,

  After your last email that I decided to continue to go wrong the problem and finally found the answer to another user.  Oddly enough when using default Firefox in a directory on your computer to save downloads.  If it encounters a problem is not identify it, the program just 'loop' at the beginning of the sequence to download.  Once I changed the file uploads are sent to the original way of upgrade has occurred without fault.

  Check if you are able to run these games when your PC is in a clean boot state.

  1. sign the computer by using an account with administrator rights.

  2. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue

  3. on the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items.

  4. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

  Note: following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

  Follow the steps below and check if it solves the problem:

  1 open the Mcafee Virus and Spyware Protection software you are interested in, click on calendar and perform analyses. Click analysis in real time, and then click stop. Never select and confirm by clicking the button turn off.

  2. Select Tools > Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.

  3. check if "enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)" and click OK.

  4. close all Internet Explorer Windows.

  5 restart Internet Explorer.

  I doubt repair is worth it. The Gen3 is now about 6 years... give or take... This is way beyond the standard lifetime of a TC.
