  Method 1:

  You can check if the windows service install is present under services and check if the service is set to automatic. You can follow the procedure.

  (a) click Start.

  (b) type services.msc in start search.

  (c) search the Windows Installer Service and click on select Start.

  (d) on the general tab, next to Startup type, make sure that Automatic is selected.

  I also suggest you to see the steps and check.

  Unregister and register the Windows Setup program again

  1. click on Start, click run, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.

  2. click on Start, click run, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

  I am trying to download the creative application of cloud on my desk. I went to the page and downloaded the iamge of the installer disk and opens very well. However once I try and actually open the installation program and asked my password to authroise the download nothing happens.   I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5

  I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...

  I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.
