  • When I go on some websites all I get is the tabs converted to a vertical column and clicking on the hyperlink has no effect

    While I can see my home page, once I go out below the opening page, a lot of functions do not work, for example impossible to go to some articles. When I opened other Web sites, for example Ancestry.com.au or eBay, all I get is also the normal headers arranged on the right side of the screen in blue and underlined indicate hyperlinks, but clicking on them produces no result. For example, it looks like this on ancestry
    . Home

  • How to submit the form by clicking on the hyperlinks

    Hello

    I have a < a href = "a" > < /a > and < a href = "b" > B < /a >.  I want to know which letter cliked the user on what I can run a database query.

    How can I do that. Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Joe Green

    This isn't really a ColdFusion question, rather a matter of Javascrip/HTML, unless you want to make a CF background Ajax request.

    In any case, I would trigger javascript events, complete a form with hidden field either 'a' or 'b', then send the form.

    In the style of:

    A

    B

    ...

    Hope this helps?

  • Click on the link inside the non-Focus field

    Hi all

    I use an ActiveRichTextField non-focusable because the field is part of a larger container making screenshots click on itself - not the children. This was done to make it easier for the user to scroll up and down on a list of text fields (do not have to move the focus to a line-of-text database).

    Question:

    My customer wants to activate by clicking on hyperlink. This is done natively by the ActiveRichTextField, but it cannot be activated because the emphasis is disabled.

    Question:

    Someone has any idea how to reconcile the conflicting requirements?

    (a) the ActiveRichTextField should not be focusable on a baseline of text (if it is wrapped, of course)

    (b) by clicking on the hyperlink should open the browser, etc.

    Thank you.

    You can get the x / y position of the textfield, but translate the active regions in x / there would be rather difficult (if possible at all).
    I just looked at the API, but I don't see how you can extract the links (or information about them) as the analysis is done in the background.

    You can analyze the text yourself with regular expressions to detect hyperlinks and offer them in a context menu.
    (e.g. http://www.regexguru.com/2008/11/detecting-urls-in-a-block-of-text/ )

    I usually change my paradigma UI if it turns out that a usecase I need is not taken in charge, but it is sometimes easier to patch something on.

    Basically, your decision: change the user interface in order to support this usecase, or something (like the context menu) on this patch.

    I would say to list the options see, then speak to the customer what he likes.

  • Why the FF fix the links click on a text file, but IE10 works fine?

    I'm composing a text file LibreOffice prepare for the publication of an e-book. In this text I incorporated hyperlinks to locations on the map Icelanders for the development system. I replaced these links with Google URL shortener for easy management and use.

    When I test the links with FF as the default browser on this laptop under Win8/64, FF tries to open the pages of the card but stalls with no image displayed. In IE10, however, they work very well. These links also work on FF or IE on Windows 7/64 on my desktop.

    In addition, when I click on the same link listed in my account Google shortened the list of URLS, it works in both FF and IE on this same laptop - only when the user clicks on the link in the doc file. fact FF fail to open the page target card. This is the case if the OL WRITE option 'Ctrl + click' or simply 'click' is specified.

    Doc file: LibreOffice 4.1.x with hyperlinks embedded URL "googleized", usually a clickable link to graphic character after the place agreed.

    Target Web site: http://atlas.lmi.is/kortasja_en/ zoom to specific locations.

    Note that the http://atlas.lmi.is/kortasja_en/ page is a Flash object, so check the address bar to see if there is an icon to the left of the address bar on the blocking of the version of the Flash plugin.

  • A loop through hyperlinks and add * at the end of the hyperlink source text?

    Hello

    I'm sure it's very simple, but my javascript is a little rusty and a little short of time, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

    I need a script that loops through all the hyperlinks in a document (no matter what styles are or are not applied). Please check the source text to see if it starts with "www" or "http".

    If the source text starts with "www" or "http" then do nothing. OTHERWISE add an * at the end of the text. In other words if there is text in the document as "Click on this link" (and there had a hyperlink applied) it would be changed to "click on this link." If there is text in the document as "www.google.com" (and there had a hyperlink applied), it would remain unchanged. The hyperlinks themselves remain unchanged.

    So I'm not sure what my If/else statement must be?

    Links = app.activeDocument.hyperlinks;

    for (i = 0; i < links.length; i ++)

    {if

    ???

    }

    Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    Angèle

    How stupid. You are absolutely right. The names of hyperlink above, test script must test the hyperlink source texts. In the small sample, I have tested the script on, names of hyperlink and source texts were the same, that's why I had not spotted the questionable logic of the script. This scripts properly tests:

    hlinks = app.documents[0].hyperlinks.everyItem().getElements();
    re = /^(?:http|www)/;
    for (i = hlinks.length-1; i >= 0; i--) {
      if (hlinks[i].source.hasOwnProperty ('sourceText') && !re.test (hlinks[i].source.sourceText.contents)) {
        hlinks[i].source.sourceText.contents += '*';
      }
    }

    This would also explain the unexpected behavior of your / ^ j / test. (/ ^ j / tests whether a string starts with 'j' - no need to the * or the parentheses.)

    You can add the legend for each slide, click hyperlink, external links where you want users to land on click action.

  • Script to search for text and remove the hyperlink and characterstyle link which applies (back to normal)

    I need help with my script to search for text and remove the hyperlink and characterstyle link which applies (returns the normal text).

    I can't do either as I want.  I want the user to be able to type in a dialog text they want to search for, do search this text IGNORING case (case insensitive) and then for all instances that he find it, remove character styles that are applied to the (set to [none]) and delete the hyperlinks.

  • How to set the hyperlink text in photoshop cc?

    I have a text that I want to be a hyperlink when I click on the text. y at - it sort of do?

    image 1.PNG

    These links are for a website to a cliet.

    Even the answer to your previous post http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1295865

    Photoshop does not links hyperlink (or hotspots on images). It is an image editor. Hotspots (clickable links on images) are a feature of web pages that run in browsers.

    You create art image in Photoshop as you did.

    Then, you use a web editor such as Dreamweaver to import the image in a web page, then add hotspots in DW. Then upload to the web.

  • Current state on the text of the hyperlinks does not work

    My menu is composed of hyperlinks in text, and each hyperlink is set to be a highlight color when the page that links is active to help the orientation of the site.  From the outset, the State did not.  I tried everything I can think of.  Initially, I had a problem with the States of both rolling and I "fixed it" tinkering with the hyperlink settings, but it did not help with the active state.

    I tried creating a new site recently to see if Beta 6 had corrected the problem without success.  At this point, the site is more than 100 pages, with somewhere around 16 template and is very difficult to navigate with an active State non-functional.  I would be grateful if someone had a solution or workaround for what does not replace all of my menus handmade with widgets in the menu (the look we're going for is very simple and is easier to achieve with a menu widget text hyperlinks).  It would be also impossible to eliminate the master pages and have a unique menu for each page, because it becomes extremely difficult and time consuming to modify and make additions as the site grows.

    Browsers show the 'active' hyperlink text State when you click on a link (that is, when the mouse button is pressed). It looks like you want something different - you want the menu item that has a hyperlink to the current page to draw in a different State. You can accomplish this in Muse by using the States palette. You can set the hyperlink on the text block, and then specify a text color different for the different States of the text block. Muse will make your block of text in the 'active' State if she has a hypertext link to the current page. It's a bit confusing that there is an 'active' for the text of the hyperlinks and an active State for the page elements...

  • My Menu "Right click" on the links of text contains EACH Option of the Menu popup (or absent) and does not...

    When I right click on a text link (for example to "save the link under ' or 'Copy link location' etc.) the right click Menu that includes options for either:

    (a) EACH context menu (including images and videos and more... similar to this http://prntscr.com/z0k15 )
    (b) some of the relevant options, but not all (e.g. Save link as)

    ... in both cases, none of these options work, making it pretty useless right click Menu.

    This happens when a right click on the video or good Images. They work as usual. It is just text links.

    I tried:
    -Refreshing Firefox
    -Restart in Mode safe
    -Disabling the Extensions one by one

    None of this has worked.

    Any help would be massively apppreciated!

    Have two Dell optiplex home computers. The two same operating system windows 7. Use a wired keyboard and mouse and the other wireless.
    On Web pages only using the same browser firefox on both pc, keyboard entry text constantly updated in a dialog box like this one and to use the scrolling of the mouse or the keyboard, the mouse has to right click on the page to reactivate the scrolling or entering text.
    This most often happens on web pages than others, and the problem is the same on both PCs. Used to access the internet wireless modem.

    The result is very encouraging to do exactly what is suggested.

    I've had the mode without failure for an hour now and there is no re-emergence of the issue of page web text of scrolling/entry so far. I'm now working my way through the process of elimination and will do the same for the other pc and report today come back later.
