  I just got a new laptop (Acer) with Windows 10. In Firefox 42.0, all youtube videos play fine (because of HTML5, I guess), but the Flash videos trolling. I put Shockwave Flash plugin list for 'Never activate' that corrects the laggards.   I found the problem. It was crappy Acer CPU. During playback of Youtube videos that Firefox took the CPU to 95% most of the time and with the Flash it was even worse because of Firefox and Flash player running at the same time.

  So my problem must be fixed by buying a cell phone better. That's what I get for assume that all laptop these days can run Youtube videos.

  1. start Internet Explorer.

  2. Select Tools > Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.

  3. check if "enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)" and click OK.

  4. close all Internet Explorer Windows.

  5 restart Internet Explorer.

  Look carefully at the audio track of the timeline in the vicinity of title of the file.

  

  The title of your file audio timeline shows: level of Volume or something else. If something else, click the tiny triangle where

  the red arrow in the screen shot is sharp and select the Volume and then level so that you end up with

  Volume: level as shown in the screenshot.

  Hope it's the factor involved.

  My Sony DSC - H3 cybershot camera works fine with popping up the flash but the flash itself has stopped working. It appears, but no flash light. I checked all the settings are fine and its mode in which it should be flashing.

  The camera works perfectly fine, except for the flash is not working. It looks like a grilled "bulb". Could it be? Or is it something else?
