Client cannot enroll in a forum because their email is already in the CRM
Hello
I have a couple of BC sites that use the Forum. Customers are having problems to register to the forum because they previously worked with the site in some way (newsletter sub or contact form) and their email is already stored in the CRM.
When they try to register to the forum, you will receive the following message:
ERROR: The e-mail address you entered is already registered to another user. Please choose another.
Is there a way to get around this?
Thank you.
Hi Tony,.
You are right there. There is a catch 22, like we don't have a solution at this stage. This is recorded as a problem with the dev team well, so I hope that the dev team can find a solution for this.
See you soon,.

19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.
Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.

Hello
I oddly found the solution to my problem while browsing through the suggestions of SpritX at the following link: http://forums.techarena.in/vista-help/771598.htm
Here is the solution I implemented and now my drive works perfectly:
RESOLUTION
Warning serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using the registry editor or by using another method. These problems may require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.To resolve this problem, remove the affected filter drivers. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, type regedit in the search box, and then click regedit in the list programs.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Be careful it can be many instances of the registry subkey that is mentioned in step 2. You must ensure that you are in the appropriate registry subkey before modifying the UpperFilters and LowerFilters values. To verify that you are in the appropriate registry subkey, make sure that the default data value is the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and the class data value is CDROM.
3. in the right pane, click UpperFilters, and then click on remove.
4. click on Yes to confirm the deletion of the UpperFilters registry entry.
5. in the right pane, click LowerFilters, and then click on remove.
6. click on Yes to confirm the deletion of the LowerFilters registry entry.
7. exit the registry editor and then restart the computer.
Note When you delete the UpperFilters registry entry and the LowerFilters registry entry, you may lose functionality in certain programs such as CD recording programs. In this scenario, you must reinstall all of the programs involved. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor to determine if an update is available for the program. For information about how to contact computer software vendors, click the number in the following list to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

- Have you recently installed the CD/DVD drive?
- Are you aware of any changes made to your computer before this problem?
A Code 19 error is caused by one or several problems with parts of the Windows registry that contains the driver and other information on the specific hardware device.
Check the status of the device should be the first line of conduct, if you suspect that a particular device that is causing a problem, or if the device in Device Manager is marked with a yellow exclamation point. It is also possible that the device is not compatible with this version of Windows.

Hi DineshKaria,
This can occur when more than one service is defined for a device, if there is a failure opening the service subkey, or if the driver name cannot be obtained from the service subkey.Follow the suggestion in the article given below for code 19 and check if the problem is resolved.Additional reference on: -

My CD-ROM/DVD-Rom drive does not work when I check the system, I get the following message "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19). "How to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
Try following the steps under "Windows 7 or Windows Vista" in the MS KB article:

Hi Garry_x,
1. were you able to use the DVD burner before with no problems?
2. you remember to make changes to the computer recently?
This can occur when more than one service is defined for a device, if there is a failure at the opening of the service registry entry, or if the driver name cannot be obtained from the service registry entry.

Original title:
Windows 7 no sound at all
Hello
I would like to ask help for Win 7 problem 'No audio '.
I have a Win 7 64-bit Professional desktop PC. It has a motherboard Asus P5Q - EM.
Previously, everything worked very well over a year, but now there is no sound at all. I see a little red x in addition to the speacer icon.I got a craphics card problem and it has been replaced, and shortly after, I didn't notice that no audio problem.
First of all, I tried to fix the external audio card drivers - no help. Then I thought to use the motherboard
audio only and removed the external audio card. I have cheked Bios that there is audio compatible motherboard.
Windows Manager device shows Audio Realtek High Definetion. (Once I reinstalled externally
audio card, but did not get it to work and I deleted again and focused on getting the Audio motherboard
work.)Through the Device Manager, I uninstalled the device Audio from Realtek motherboard and all other audio related devices and start the PC.
After you start Windows 7 detects audio devices well and tries to install the drivers but still said the driver installation failed.I also used the troubleshooter in Windows 7. According to the material and audio, I clicked on the audio playback troubleshooting. The system has tried to install the drivers, but all have failed in similar way as after rebootig.
When I go to see the Audio the Realtek High Defenetion properties, it says:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)I downloaded the latest drivers (some 54 Mb file called: 64bit_Vista_Win7_R267) Realtek www-site and run it, but no help. Same problem - no sound at all.
If I run application system information and go to the "components" > "Problem Devices", it is said Realtek High Definition Audio, error code: failure using the VxD loader. It is also noted on the VAN Miniport (IKEv2), error code: this device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
I also unplug the beam of the motherboard front audio jack. I thought it may create a connector related issues, but he did not make a difference.
If I ask the system to update the driver using Device Manager, it says that the piloted is up-to-date.
I checked the details Realteck Sound Device in the Device Manager and it says under the number "Problem code" 13.
Also other devices under device 'Video controls and sound game' managers do not work. I uninstalled all the. After reboot Windows 7 detects all the. Win 7 tries to install the drivers, but always fails and yellow! singing appears next to all devices.
Under the NIC in Device Manager there is another device with the yellow! sign as well. The WAN Miniport (IKE v2). I don't know if it has something to do with this audio problem? Win 7 detects it as well after uninstalling and tries to install drivers after the start, but is also always fails.
Now, I'm confused and I don't know if the problem is really in the Windows registry database? What is error code 13 of Realtek Audio device and what is actually the VxD loader problem?
I'm completely lost on how to proceed with this problem.
Can someone give advice on how to continue with this question...
Tomppa
I plugged the the hardware id in the Microsoft Update Catalog and the device is identified as a C-Media CMI8738/C3DX PCI Audio Device but there only Windows 2000/XP drivers available through Windows Update (you need to install the ActiveX control to view and download the drivers):
Connect the hardware id PCIDatabase provides a link to C-Media (one-third to the bottom - device ID 0 x 0111):
http://www.PCIDatabase.com/vendor_details.php?id=376
However there are a of the drivers mentioned in the following link that can run, and I suggest to try:
http://www.SevenForums.com/sound-audio/9824-c-media-Freezy-my-PC.html
The driver is the "Striker 7.1 pilot" (striker81742.zip) in the following link:
http://www.htomega.com/downloads.html
An in these drivers .inf file has an id of material corresponding to your device.
I recommend the creation of a System Restore Point before trying new drivers.

When I rebuilt my system, I went step by step in reinstalling the software. I understand that better, my usb problems related to Asus motherboard utilities. These are not entirely compatible Windows 8 and introduce problematic drivers. Finished to start my Acronis True Image boot USB and backup of backup image of this morning. Problem solved.
Staying away the Asus utilities for now... btw, Asus technical support on my problems was totally useless, even if the code 19 errors point to hardware problems, which are covered by the guarantee.
If you use the Asus utilities, you may be able to rebuilt without them...

Hi all
Until I look crazy, my Mac Book Pro (end 2011) is still running. Today, I already had some running applications (Safari, Virtual Box, etc.). When I tried to open a new window, Safari said "no internet connection". I shut Safari and attempted to restart.
"Failed to start Safari because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."
He then removed Safari from the dock.
Environment:
MacBook Pro (late 2011)
68 GB free on 700 GB HDD
El Captain (10.11.4)
I tried to open Contacts. Same error message.
To be clear: these are the built-in applications on the Mac.
While I download application files, I'm fairly warned about scams and not did something recently on the machine.
I hesitate to restart where it tells me that my entire machine is a Power PC application and is no longer supported.
Has anyone ever heard talk about something like that?
Thank you
Andrew (write in a VM on the Mac as the app still works)
FYI - I have Remote Desktop running and was able to connect to a machine on the Internet, however, I can not start any application, Console.
