"Error 1747 the Authentication Service is unknown".  Another little thing, I noted... isatap.home don't works do not-message says to download the drivers- but not on net so cant)... don't know if this is related.

  I just wanted to post that I used the

  netsh winsock reset

  command to fix this same error 1747 known when you try to manually start the WLAN
  on a Windows 7 Pro computer.

  After a restart it worked fine.
