Clip: Problem voice recording

V02.01.32F (going 35 last now, but not sure it would solve my problem because I was once an older clip v1 without problem of voice recording)

  • How can I make all my clips of voice sound the same?

    Hello

I created a software training video and have put into adobe first pro and exported off Player multimedia adobe, so I can get all the clips of voice-over in a single audio file to edit in adobe audition.

I have imported the mp4 movie in adobe audition and I got the audio to work with - however, what would be the best way to make the entire audio file sound identical (the voice-over on the same volume and perhaps an effect that can overshadow the fact that some of the voiceover in the file seem to be closer the MIC than others).

There is a global setting that can be applied to the clamp for all the same sound?

    Thank you

Not with voiceover, I'm afraid. Nothing you can do will leave the clear voice and remove the speaker away from the microphone, or one of the other things that can vary between one session and another. The problem is that humans are very sensitive to any change in the other human voice - minute even those. Sometimes, some listeners may even hear the difference after someone has had the 'wrong' kind of drink between the recording - coffee sessions can be particularly bad, especially if it's added milk. Record voiceovers, while the artist is recovering from a cold can make tasks such as the reorganization of their quite difficult without changes in sound is really noticeable.

Once you have realized that this may be an important issue, you can take steps to minimize the differences, but it is only the environment you can control - not the artist. What you have to do is to record everything you could possibly want in a unique, if possible hearing, otherwise the audible differences are almost inevitable.

  • iOS 9.2 cannot download the CNN app and voice recorder on iPhone 5 s

I have a 5 iPhone with iOS 9.2 on it from now. Apple customer service had updated me to iOS to iOS 9.2 9.1 thought, it would solve this problem, but it didn't. I tried all day download the CNN app and voice recorder app on my phone. It will be partially download and then say ' cannot download this article, please try again later ' with the option 'Retry' or 'done '. No matter what are the options I've done, I still turn in this with CNN and recorder of the word and I installed the new iOS 9.2 software and reset the settings. And by doing all this, I managed to download a set of cards from the APP store and software updates on the handle of my time and my iMessage.

Apple had no idea why this happens, do any of you?

Given that I was able to download other software and updates, my account is ok, my password is ok until it could it be?

    Everyone knows about this problem?

    Thank you

    Martha

The applications in question may be being replaced on the server. I have just wait and try again later. I don't know what dictaphone app you are talking about.

  • Voice recording codec

I was super surprised when I used the voice recording function and my 2 G clip ran out of recording of the piece (10 hours) before it ran out of battery (15 hours).

There are so many cuts including coedecs without loss that could be used. MP3 is a uncompressed WAV or one of the many types compressed WAV, PCM is an example. I would say that this would be a very simple and such a no-brainer. I have other players who can save hours 30 or more, but want to use it with its battery life. Its nice on this little thing, but it bothers me a lot, because I bought it partially for this purpose.

I also format registered as a feature of some users.   I don't know how much processing power, it should be done on the fly, but I'm sure Sansa engineers/programmers could look to see if another record format could be used.    I wouldn't take the WAV format, but that's no loss.   An additional option for a compressed format would be great.    You could get a clip with more memory, version 4 or 8 GB.   Or a rocket that has a memory slot.

    See you soon,.

  • Think about making one for the voice recording...

I've heard great things about the new Sansa Clip +. However, I got a Sansa Express before. It was so horrible, it makes me a little skeptical on the Clip +. One of the most horrible attributes of the Express was the refresh database which came he started, taking over 7 minutes, if it didn't cut itself automatically to every time (I had to click a button to keep it close). But before all the music. For some strange reason, he would play only half of my music. Perhaps the tags have been stripped, very well. But he should be able to play without worrying, because it worked on my computer and other mp3 players.

Sorry for snapping, but I am in desperate need of an mp3 player. I'm quite the cheap fellow; I also need a digital voice recorder voice that will work in 10-15 (never passed 20) feet. I have an old burner, but it is a consumer of battery. I can not connect to my PC.

Now, on the mp3 player, it looks like the clip + has firmware similar to that of the Express, but cleaner and better. I saw the review and startup does not seem to be problamatic. However, I leave again I tested the voice recorder on my Express to a 15 ft. He picked up a bit of noise, but I had to max volume out to distinguish what has been recorded (which I couldn't still do).

I really want the clip to be all around the device, I need, but he would need to work sufficiently to 15feet. I've heard so many comments, but virtually nothing about its features shortly. I really want to do, but Sansa has already failed me once...

Hello Soy. You don't like how I answered your questions on the ABI plateau? Also, I'm very cheap, but decided to splurge on a Clip + even though I already had a rocket and a Clip. To be quite honest with you, voice recording is the function of quality lowest on the Clip + Clip and Fuze.

I just tried to save it to my Clip + voice. I just tried two records in the sample. With the player only about 4 feet away, she picked up a lot of noise from a fan in the room. IMO to about 15 feet below the record would probably unintelligible if there is a fan noise or other noises in the room. The speech on the video recorder + works best at short distance from the speaker. Cut out from the rear of the speaker, it can make acceptable recordings.

It is doubtful that you would get a great record with any player of mp3 of 15-20 feet away. The recorder I've mentioned, Member of the Board can be set to be very directional, but despite this, 15-20 feet away would be a mistake to get a decent record.

  • Can I use a digital voice recorder with windows speech recognition

I want to use a digital voice recorder to transcribe in Windows Vista or windows 7 speech recognition. So far, I only got responses like 'Use Dragon'. I don't want to use Dragon! I want to use my trained and perfectly good windows Vista or Windows 7 built into the software. Please, anyone, just a direct response. I will buy from any digital voice recorder can transcribe Windows.  I am well aware that I can use dragon so please don't keep advise me. I travel a lot and do not always have access to a pc equipped with dragon or tablets. But I still have windows vista or windows 7 built in. Would be very happy a good answer (and any settings if necessary >) thanks guys.

    Hello

I suggest you check with the Windows Compatibility Center, to check what digital voice recorder is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows Vista, since the following links and you can use these digital voice recorders.

    =====================================
1.46 MB isn't a very large file... I think the Comcast
limit is something like 10 MB. The problem may be with the file
format... try to rename or compress the file and see it done
    a difference.

Example... If the name of the file has been voice.exe replace voice.jpg
and to inform your recipient to change back before playing.

Another alternative would be to download the file on the following

  • Voice record and ability to download?

    Hello

    I'm using Flash CS4.

I will put up a pre-selection process for ASL interpreters where the user will come to a screen with a video player.  It will say "Press the BUTTON TO RECORD YOUR VOICE".  When they do, they must then start a video on the page.  The video will show a person deaf signing in ASL.  That the person watching the video, the person will result in the video speaking and their voice is recording.

When the video is finished, they will be asked to stop recording and then somehow they will be, and then click a button that download their voice recording.  My client will be able to play the recording on its end to determine whether these they did a good job translating the deaf person in the video.

I am familiar with the Flash and have used it over the years, but I'm not a big-time programmer with the code, so I hope it will be something I can remove.  If it requires too much coding, if someone could point me to something that is already made and ready to use (i.e., a widget) where I can just incorporate him into my page web I understand that as well.

Of course, it will be a problem if we want to offer this type of process on mobile devices of control because Android and Apple no longer use Flash.  So I guess it will only be useful for desktop computers and laptops.

Any way, any help, advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    The deaf guy

Just use the MicRecorder class.  That is to say, move the folder org or otherwise add it to your class path.

  • I have problems keeping records and files of the administrator and the user separate in my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6700) under Windows Vista Home Premium.

I have problems separating records and files of the administrator and the user. My computer is a laptop (HP Pavilion dv6700), used as a home computer only by myself, I like to keep the two distinct roles, but am unable to as Vista seems to be considered as one and the same. This scenario has arisen as follows:

Initially, when I bought the laptop - approx. 18 months back - Windows Vista Home Premium was preinstalled, with the name 'Administrator' as an administrator. To customize the operating system and to use safely, I installed a user 'Renault', as a Standard account user.

After awhile, I changed the name of the Director of "Renault", for reasons I have can not remember now. This caused Vista to combine folders and files of the two "users" in one, I found difficult to deal with, that I could not operate my laptop as just a Standard user, but is still considered the "administrator." On the one hand, this greatly increased spam in my email accounts. So I tried to reset the name of the administrator as 'Administrator' itself and keep my user name as "Renault", as originally the case.  But Vista me has failed to create a new user under the name "Administrator". So I created a new user under the name "System administrator", with administrative privileges. This has been accepted by Vista.

But I forgot to change the user account for 'Renault', on the Standard account, so there was BOTH administrator accounts at the same time on my laptop! I realized that now only. The net result was that all the files that I created under the system administrator user were still being displayed under the user account of Renault. A few days back, I realized this and tried to separate the files correctly, but it has not been possible. No matter what I copied the account of the user in the files under the system administrator account, the files have been copied on account of the user himself.

I tried to fix this by changing the name of the user account in something very different, AND as a Standard user. but this also does not work, as all folders and files under the administrator account system shows it as being under the user account of "Renault" only!

Then, I deleted the user 'Renault' from the list of the user, but he was not yet of any help. Whenever I tried to create a new file under the system administrator, Vista responds with the message, "C:\user\Rajaram folder is not present. Will I create a new? ", which defeat the same purpose of my tent to isolate the administrator account and the user account.

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE WITH A SOLUTION, - OTHER THAN REFORMATTING MY C:\ DISK AND REINSTALL VISTA AGAIN - TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS, IT SEEMS TO ME YOU HAVE CREATED AND HELP ME TO HAVE AN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT AND OTHER UNIQUE STANDARD USER ACCOUNTS PROPERLY ISOLATED.

I would be always grateful for a quick and helpful response.
    Thanks in advance.

    -RAJARAM77

Thanks for your reply. It was very helpful / sorry your proposed solution has not solved my problem. Kind regards. -Rajaram77

Better to delete the user account except the one that was built in the administrator account that you renamed. Before this backup all your data files of these user accounts.
Then rename the buil into account administrator as 'administrator '. Then you create another administrator account and use it and never the user built in Administrator account and leave it alone.
