  Turn on the device, press F2, and then choose the default settings in the BIOS (I think you need to press F9).

  just got my new Clip + 4 GB. I plugged on the Windows 7 computer in MSC mode. In Windows Explorer, I see the complete folder structure and few files in the root folder. Explorer displays as well as the used space on the CLip + is 238 MB. However, all the files look empty! I can't find any single file of the music to the player. Can someone tell me how I can find these music files?

  The music of the sample appears only when the player is in MTP mode.  Files placed in a mode can not be seen in the other in windows Explorer. If you love music, you can make a backup of it.  It cannot be downloaded if it is accidentally deleted...

  I installed the version 10.1.0.807 (running on vmwareplayer) Simulator. I use QNX Momentics IDE, on win7 64 bit.

  My problem is this: when I try to run applications that take screen Simulator together, I see only a part of the screen of the application, displayed on the Simulator.

  You probably use Q10 simulator (for device with keyboard HW), and samples are for Z10. Download the Simulator one another and they should work fine.

  Thanks for the help, however, I've sorted it now, I'm actually using Mozilla Firefox as my browser, had thought not that check! If have managed to reinstall the bar menu missing etc.
