  Can someone please guide me to solve this problem. I imported videos a recording on HD camcorder AVCHD in my files and folders. Then I opened these files in the Organizer first elements, makes them slide on the timeline. A pop up appears asking me if I want the clip videomerge because it has a sold background. The first clip I drag on the timeline appears in the timeline, but after that, the clips I did drag on the timeline does not appear on the secenline. It only extends the first clip in the timeline to make a big video (although in the timeline you will see them clearly). I can't work with transitions easily without being able to view Storyboard.

  You must choose the right AVCHD project preset to the start screen. New project, then select change settings and select the correct AVCHD presets project. If your audio is a sound 5.1 surround sound make sure to select AVCHD 5.1 audio project preset, if select stereo preset AVCHD project. If you select the wrong preset for your audio files, the audio will be placed on track 4 and won't present not in mode line scene. In this case, the only solution is to work in Timeline mode. You can right clcik on the empty tracks and choose to remove them to store the view of the timeline.

  If your video clips have 8 audio tracks the chronology will add the additional track to make all clean. If your right click an item in the project pane and select Modify/channel audio, you can change the audio configuration.

  I hope someone can help me with this.  I've just updated to the new CC first pro and when I drag a clip that has audio it displays correctly only audio in the audio track, BUT... when I drag a clip (or even the exact same clip) in the sequence of the audio track is not displayed and cannot be heard or published.  Just to double check, I did a new project, tried to load these two clips in reverse order and it worked the same way.  Only the first loaded track will show that it is the audio track.  When I create a new sequence by using the menus at the top specifically to test this, none of the audio tracks are displayed when the drug on the time line.

  I also tried to load the video in the window source first before I drag it down. Sometimes the source plays audio, sometimes it does not. Anyway the audio still does not appear.

  

  I hope that there is just a shoddy setting, I've turned on.  I know how to do Prime Minister rip the audio output and is it she's own track after the fact, but the whole issue is speed and convenience, and I never had this problem in the old version.  Thanks much for any help.

Now, I know that the maximum peak of each track or the individual clips is easy to find using the "Gain Audio" menu item, which I hope is the equivalent of this item of menu but related to the final output after two signal tracks has been added and effects have all served? It is a task that is very painful to have to listen through the entire timeline to discover if the output goes into 0db, if there was a way I could locate on the timeline where the max output, which would definitively solve the problem.

  Any individual slide can have only one "track". This is normally where will the audio narration. But if you want more than one audio clip to play, you can get there by inserting an object such as a box to highlight, configure it as basically invisible by setting alpha good value and cerebrovascular accident. Then by adding audio to the highlight box.

  Add a second box to highlight if you want a third clip to play. Repeat if necessary.

• Question about audio tracks combined

  So my camera recorded a microphone on channel 1 and internal microphone on channel 2. I know that this has worked well by playing clips in the camera and seeing the two separate audio channels as I heard one on each side of my helmet. When I import the clip in first Pro CC and drag it to the timeline, it shows an audio track. This track contains two audio channels, but they are combined. When I used to do this, he would have two audio tracks and I could easily remove any one, I didn't. (usually internal microphone) I like this track micro internal but just in case. I can see both levels on the right when I play the clip on the timeline once again, I know they are there, but why is it only to give me a track? Something was changed to CC in relation to this?   I am quite new to the first, but not so very new to NLE. The biggest obstacle I'll have my switch at first is that when I drop a new video + audio file on the timeline, or if I drag a file already existing around the timeline, and the audio track of this file should land on top of any other file audio clip, the audio clip that was there is suddenly truncated. I expect that the audio clips would just be piled one on the other, but it seems that any audio clip that gets all or partially 'hidden' in another way is destroyed.

  I tried to drag the rear audio clip to be the same length as its video clip associated with, but no matter what I do, the audio clip is always shorter than its associated video clip.

  Y at - it a command to "restore the audio track of the video? A command that could bring back if it was totally destroyed, or I would like to 'stretch' the audio clip to the same length as the video track?

  The change is non-destructive.  Whaever you do on the chronology does not affect the original material.

  To 'untruncate' the audio (or video track, depending on what you want to do), make sure that the track is not selected, and drag alt the tail (or head) of the audio track (or the video track) to its original location.  It will not work properly if the track is selected before pressing the ALT key.

  You can also separtate tracks audio and video so that they are independent of each other.

  It is also the technique to use if you want to change the audio tracks to slide

• BUGGGGGGGGGGG PP 5.0! Automate in Seq loses 3 of the 4 audio tracks

  In GarageBand 10:

  • Define the automation of the track of "Volume". You can see a slim automation curve, yellow.
