CListCtrl bmp picture blurr

We have a legacy MFC application where we use Clistctrl on the shape view dialog box.
each row in the list displays an icon on the far left of the line.
Everything works perfectly on windows xp, but when we use same app on windows 7 then sometimes
evil icons are show or sometimes correct icon shown but blurry.

If we change the compatibility mode of our application on windows 7 to windows 7 problem does not occur.

Also if we switch to the windows Classic theme, then also issue is not respected.

Please suggest solution and the first cause.

Thanks in advance.

  • DMA2200 will not display jpg images

I connected my DMA2200 for my Vista Ultimate PC. It can browse the music files and photos and listen to music. It can navigate to the pictures folder and see etc. subfolders and nested subfolders.

It may display one of the few BMP pictures I have in a subfolder, but WILL NOT even find even less, and show JPG files ANY files - display 0 files in each folder with jpg files (and there are MANY of them).

I hunted with Google and tried various patches of registry to reset the JPG file associations in Vista, nothing helps.

It is not a fault in the Extender itself, as I CAN see the jpgs on another Vista machine.

What registry entries or other patches could do this job?

I disconnected remove the Extender and reconnected a half-dozen times.

Any suggestions welcomed, short of reinstalling Vista - I would have more than 140 programs to reinstall as well moving 25000 + files, music and photos the machine turned off and vice versa, and I don't REALLY have to do it!

Thanks if anyone can help with this. I am apparently not the only one, but haven't found any messages suggesting a fix.

    HOORAY - which has SET.

It seems that any order of the entries in the registry. After making a backup of the registry (using a system restore point) I had to:

1 remove the.jpg registry key and the subkeys using Regedit

    2. edit the file jpeg.reg to replace each name key inside jpeg jpg

3 Rename the file jpeg.reg in jpg.reg as well (I think that this step, with the benefit of hindsight, will may not be not necessary, but it is useful to keep track of file who's who).

    4. double click it, the merge again into the Registry.

    5 restart the Extender.

After all THAT and a certain time for the Extender allows to browse records once again, he began to see AND view jpg files in all folders of photos and sufolders.

    But HOW long a palaver!

  • error code while trying to open the photos include JPEG and BMP files: C:\Documents and Settings\Jim\My Documents\My Pictures\img005.jpg is not a valid Win32 application

I withdrew just a very good old scanner which apparently couldn't handle the recent installation of Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3, and went with a rather nice Epson V330 Photo.   I uninstalled all old software, want my images to JPEG and BMP to open in Adobe PhotoShop Elements 8 for editing and development.  It is my job and my hobby and means of photography technique.  I reinstalled the scanner by removing the Arcsoft software with which it has been furnished, which is not really suitable for what I do.

Now, I can not open JPEG in PhotoShop Elements 8.0 and here I get the error message:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Jim\My Documents\My Pictures\img005.jpg is not a valid Win32 application

It seems to have something to do with the hack with the folder options after that I spilled the Arcsoft as any kind of primary program.

BUT I have to open JPEG files, and it MUST be in PhotoShop Elements 8, I bought.  I can see, overview and could open to the limited capacity of some of the ArcSoft stuff, but I'm not interested in distance using that.

How can I get these files/folders to open in something useful?  I was able to create JPEG on the new scanner, but now my computer opens not those or 'old' of my files.   See the warning message.

I'm trying to uninstall all the software now and do not reinstall the stuff of Arcsoft, which would not be useful for me in any setting.   But I do not think that this will be the solution, as my computer can not open these key files in PhotoShop Elements 8.0.

I think it's something I did during the passage, but I did system restore and NO RESULT.  NONE!

If you open a directory of photos and go to the thumbnail view in Explorer, they display the thumbnails correctly?

I think that you need to reset the file association for programs that open the image files.  Try a right-click on a jpeg file and go to properties and click on the button to edit, and then designate PS elements 8 as the top program open with, and then see if it works very well.

You can also check the settings in the registry for the types of image files.  Seewww.oehelp.com/noimg.aspx , which deals with a related issue.

My question is. When I'm trying to get a picture of contact in blackberry address book, y at - it a way to get this type of image it is, or are they all converted to the same image?

    Thank you.

It turns out that they can be any type.

    Contact contact = (Contact) contactList.elementAt(0);
    byteStream = contact.getBinary(Contact.PHOTO, Contact.ATTR_NONE);

    EncodedImage contactPic = EncodedImage.createEncodedImage(byteStream, 0, byteStream.length);

  • Toshiba Gigaframe Q80 - no pictures from memory card

    Hi all

My Gigaframe Q80 does not have a Memory Stick Pro (Sandisk Ultra II 1 GB) and does not picture. Almost the same problem with a Sandisk micro SD (6 GB) which is in an SD adapter. The framework recognizes the card but does not load the images and the menu entry "copy images to memory" is inactive.
Is there anything else that I forgot? The images are in the root directory of the memory card. All memory cards that work?

    Thank you for any suspicion

    Best regards
    Frank

    Hello

This Toshiba page http://www.toshiba-multimedia.com/ you can find some info about this Gigaframe Q80.

It seems that the Gigaframe Q80 supports only jpeg and bmp image standard.
In addition, the s framework map memory seems to bear - SD, SDHC, MMC, MS, MS Pro, xD cards.

Have you tried another card? If this is not the case, check it!

  • OfficeJet Pro 8610: Helps the scanning resolution and economy. BMP

When scanning resolution is poor, how can I increase it to 300 DPI max... How to save picture under. BMP it currently only gives three options, PDF, OCR, or JPEG

Well well after literally hours of Googling being impossible to find anything at all on this unit or any other site, a friend suggested that I open the area to set up scanner on Mac itself... and to my amazement after a little digging here, I was able to find the settings for the CIO and the file type save high-resolution BMP images.
Why hell HP do not display anything in their pages help or on the LCD of the printer to indicate how do, I'm not sure. I'll be happy to send a screenshot to anyone who needs this info.

  • How to program picture two layers?

    Hello

I want a picture of a sign that has a map in the background information and a GPS position as a figure are updated on the program card. Map file format can be e.g. bmp. NOR example alphablend with x % of transparency is something that I could further develop, but I wonder if there is a faster way of doing that without redrawing the entire image whenever a point position figure is added to a map? The same program has to communicate simultaneously with an instrument for a fairly intensive amount of measurement values.

    Thanks for any advice.

    /Petri

When it comes to draw lines, is not the control of the Web the best choice?

You can make the background transparent and draw lines to show the path of the vehicle.

But I'm not sure you can make the lines thick enough to be visible on a background colored like a map.

  • contradiction between the delay and fetch file bmp

    Hi all

I need to extract the BMP file in confirm.vi (pic2), but when I run the program, the BMP file will not come out correctly. the last picture always come out. (for example, the first photo has come out of time, but when image B should be out, he still see A photo.)

the correct picture will come out correctly when I put the delay of 100 ms in the loop. but it will cost you lost time, two arraies have 300 and 20 elements separately. How can I do it more quickly to get the correct image? Thank you!

    Hi Yes,

It seems that you used too many loops to make your comparison function. Try to use Search 1 D Array.vi to eliminate inside while loop.
