closed captioning background high touch words - first Pro CC last

Closed caption seems to work very well. The display of words seems a bit off. The words are not centered vertically, consult the screens to enter. Is it possible to improve the positioning of the words?

  • First Pro CC incorporates no 708 captions in QT

Despite the fact that all online videos to believe that export of embedded subtitles is child's play, it is not. After much experimentation, I discovered there is no way to export 708 captions embedded in a QT file. I worked with captions closed for a long time, and I am very familiar with the various traps of captioning. Why Adobe would have chosen to incorporate 608 captions only in a HD file is beyond me. To be excluded by the broadcasters captions should be VAN 708 captions with the 608 alternative. Every time I get a file out of MACCaption is what is included. I tried to import these files in first pro CC and he does not see the legends.

I tried to create the file as a .mcc, and it seems to be OK. There is unfortunately no way to integrate this into a QT file.

    Kevin

You are right that 708 captions cannot be incorporated into QuickTime files; they can be incorporated into the outputs of MXF OP1a or written of sidecars. It is covered, albeit indirectly, at the bottom of this help page.

Support for closed captioning is a work-in-progress. CC7.0 has provided support for CEA-608 and Teletext; the CEA-708 support was added in 7.1 or 7.0.1. Of course, 'support' is a loose concept, and it remains to be done on specific aspects of exactly, which can be imported, how legends can be exported and workflows to edit the captions in a project. You can help us set priorities by submitting feature requests on what you think are the greatest needs.

    Hello

I'm working on first pro CC 2015.3.

I put subtitles on my support.

I choose to put down to the center using the small box (with 9 positions) but when I save the file, subtitltes position change a bit and they are no more in the Center. Sometimes a small portion of the text is off the screen.

THX (and sorry for my English)

    Hello

    I work on first pro 2015 cc.3

I added sub titles on my video.

I put some money down en title centered to the screen with the help of the box with 9 automatic positions.

At the beginning it works and when I save and reopen the file, the sub titles have moved and are are shifted. Some of the text is even outside the screen.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello

I got the solution. It is resolution safe or secure portal.

I put the solution if anyone ever need.

Your captions or subtitles may not exceed your security door or gate ground track. You need to reduce the font size or move to another line to shorten. Because first changes automatically position if it s more limit.

However, if you want to be on these limits (ground/door chest) you can set with the scale and the effect of the track position.

Hello again I found the solution.

Solution alone, I share you although I think qe I must be the only jerk for not thinking about it.

The problem comes from the ground and safe door car first pro will automatically substitute the captioning at best pour in stay standards.

    Possible solutions

-in the absence of strike reduced the size of the

    -make line breaks.

-Play with the scale effect parameters and positions of the captioning.

  • Beeps of the words using first Pro CC

Hello, I am trying to beep on some phrases, but I can't find the good tutorial or instructions. Can someone point me in the right direction of the words using first Pro CC beeps?

Use the audio part 'tone' of the constructed bars in your article, and cut the offending words and add a tone beep on top.

  • Captioning first Pro CC

Is there a way to include subtitles in a video file MPEG 2 natively in Premiere Pro or do you need a third-party service for whom? If it's a third-party thing, can you recommend a service to achieve this?

Lol first Pro CC supports the incorporation of QuickTime and MXF. I'm not familiar with the third-party tools that integrate captions in MPEG2.

  • Is the first Pro CS6 Compatible with Ultra high definition?

I just changed over UHD and when I tried to open my first Pro 6 I get an error uninstalling and reinstalling. Is Compatible with UHD Pro first?

    [title published by mod]

    Hi dreamy water skiing,.

Is Compatible with UHD Pro first?

We don't know because "UHD" is a generic term, like "HD". This term is not descriptive enough to help solve the problems, then we can only guess.

More information can be useful, however, as a general rule, you may refer to XAVC formats if you intervene on the modern camera formats. These are not supported natively in Premiere Pro CS6. Support for these formats began to appear around first Pro CC (7.1) or more.

For Premiere Pro CS6, you'll probably have to transcode these formats using third-party encoders. I'm sorry.

    Kind regards

  • CPT 9: Closed Captioning enabled by default?

    Hi all

I am using Captivate 9 version 9.0.1.320 on my PC.

I wish that closed captioning is enabled by default when you open a Project Cpt. In other words I don't want the user to have to click on the CC button to turn on the closed captioning. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    You can use this workflow:

    • Select the first slide and look for the Actions tab in the properties panel
    • Select the action "Fill" in the drop-down list
    • Choose the variable cpCmndCC
    • Type 1 next of "with".

    It will look like this:

  • First pro on a laptop of resolution 4 k

    Hi guys,.

I saw buying first pro and now I have the trial version.

I just bought a new laptop and its resolution is 4 k.

so, when I enter the first pro, all the menus are as much too small for reading and using.

I was wandering if there's an updated version so it used to be a problem to use it without modification of the laptop computer at 1080 p resolution.

    Thanks yall.

The point of all the resolutions higher is more desktop real estate.  You have now.

To make things bigger, you need a bigger screen, or you will need to lower the resolution of the screen, which sort of deny the question of the capacity of 4K

In other words, a 4K screen on a laptop is a waste of money.  The screens are just too small.  You want 32 "at least for 4K resolution.

  • First Pro CC force restart my computer when I open a project

    Hello

I have been using first Pro CC without problem on my laptop until today.  Today, I started the program and click on it to open a project, and then loading the project it dint rebooted my computer.  I tried 4 or 5 several times (closing all unnecessary background programs in the Manager of tasks, disabling Cortana, holding my cell phone on the table to prevent it from overheating and believe that it does not heat up too much, etc.) and every time he did exactly the same thing in the same exact spot, while loading a project.  Anyone know what is the cause and what can I do about it?  I have a Dell Inspiron 1500 series and I run Windows 10, I think it is the most recent update.  Data sheet: CPU is Intel Core i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40 GHz, 8 GB RAM, OS 64-bit and x 64 processor.

Help, please!  I'm so frustrated.  It is now four o'clock in the morning and I have been looking and trying to solve this dedicated... longer that I should really admit.

Can you open other projects, or start a new project?

    Have you recently installed fonts?

You can do a system restore to a point before the update.

Alternatively, you can try to update or restore your graphics driver.

  • Can I use a USB pedals to control Play, Pause and reverse in first Pro CC?

What I can or ever be able to use a USB pedals to control Play, Pause and reverse in first Pro CC?

This would specifically for the production of subtitles.

Play... listen... pause... translate... repeat, repeat, repeat etc...

First looks almost as good as MacCaption if it had the ability to use a pedal USB instead of the JKL keys it could make it much more user-friendly for our Transcriber of closed caption.

It must use the keyboard to type or transcript and must switch from windows by clicking on the window, she needs to handle.

IF she could continue to type and use only the pedal to play, pause, reverse the playback head and still be able to keep typing in its captions window that would greatly simplify the process.

Can present you this as a feature request?

    Thank you.

  • First Pro CC2014 gel

Just installed new applications of CC2014, and I can't seem to open and run.  I am now trying with Premiere Pro on a mac pro 5.1 OS X 10.9 and the first time I launched it, it froze on the start page.  I've been waiting somewhere between 10-15 minutes and it did nothing.  I tried force quit Premiere Pro, that force, close box, he said he did, but didn't actually remove the start page.  I waited maybe another 20 minutes and the computer froze, forcing a closed hard.  After the reboot, I started first Pro CC2014 again.  The application is started and crossed the start page fine.  I tried to open a permeable (7 CC) project.  Agency asked me to update the project, so I saved it under a different name.  The app has launched, with the 'Media pending' screen in the program monitor.  Save Project progress bar window hangs over the project and is now frozen without showing any progress.  Premiere Pro was frozen again for about 20 minutes.  I tried forcing him to leave the organization.  The window to leave no longer displays the body in the box, but the application window is still frozen in place.  Any ideas?

    7. Open the lock, turn all to read and write. Then click on the little train directly under the names or to the left of the lock and the menu drop down click on 'apply to the included items. Then relock the lock.
    8. Now, go to your OS hard drive and click on users, your user name, Documents.

  • Why don't I have the closed captioning option on my menu?

I'm trying to add a simple caption to a family film, but I don't have the ability to create a new closed caption.

My current version of first is listed as 6.0.5

    Hi HornFlake76,

First pro CS 6 option gives you only one option to see a preview of the closed caption when you activate it.

You can download the trial version of first pro CC and add closed captioning and export it on

as a quicktime file (it embedds closed captioning). Then, you can import this file into 6 Premiere pro CS

and preview the subtitles encoded in the program monitor.

    Thank you
