  Hi, I have a dv7t-3000 and recently, I installed windows7 ultimate and so I started to install all my drivers to catch up with my laptop. I flashed my bios and the computer went to reboot and installed 76 updates before you stop. I went to bed and woke up and when I turned my count on the screen is BLACK. Without backlight or nothing. Leads to come, wireless is disabled, I hear the fan and do not know if the hard drive does not work. I don't see why it wouldn't. I tried a HARD reset and taking the ram and put it back in.   Thereafter, I lost all network connectivity in all my virtual machines. I have virtual machines for Windows 8, Windows 8.1 RTM (not the preview) and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. ALL of them have lost the network.

  The host computer has no network problem and works well after the upgrade.

  Any ideas or suggestions to reset network connections in virtual machines?

  All virtual machines are set to use NAT.

  Oh I have to say also that the host computer is running VMware Workstation 10 and everything was fine and dandy, has never had problems at all until this upgrade/LSP remap thing. I have install VMware Tools in the VM of Windows 8.1, with no effect at all.

  Two things, I'll try:

  1. go in the virtual network editor and restore settings. The culprit is probably the VMNet to NAT configuration.

  2. If this does not work, it seems that the virtual card for NAT does not somehow. The simplest workaround is to uninstall and reinstall the workstation.

  Yes im also having the same issue but it happened at about 23:30 email hotmail server seems to be down for me but I am on ios 7.1.1 if this isn't a thing of ios. Also tried it on another ipad, iphone and outlook using windows 8.1 so im 99.9 per cent a few hotmail servers are out of service

  I think I might have a problem with the video card hardware, but of course I can't prove anything.

  Thank you once again Ivo. Sorry for the delayed reactions. I took a peek at the solution you provided but had a few mistakes - there was no GetFilter() function defined for the call to psObject.getRootObject () .getProperty ('from'). After fiddling around with the results, I found my solution.

  I basically closed the rootobject of the return value of invocation of script that turns out to be a collection data structure (last result in the enumeration in italics/bold).
