Creating cloud app detection installation of LR on the old disk
Recently upgraded my Macbook with an SSD (MainDrive) and did a new install of 10.9.4 (Mavericks). In the process, I moved my old HDD (now SecondaryDrive) from the optical drive. This player has LR 5 installed, but I would have preferred a new installation of my new drive. Creative application cloud seems to detect Lightroom on the old disk and simply States that it is "up to date". What is strange, is has not detected installing CS5 on the player of old, now secondary.
Without touching on my old installation or by car, how can I get the cloud app simply install a new copy of LR on my now main SSD drive? Is there a way to tell the application to the analysis only the OS disk?
I tried a few tricks such as deleting the file opm.db without success. I moved the app LR on applications on the SecondaryDrive in the trash, restarted the creative cloud application and LR is still present.
I don't want to start in the other drive and uninstall LR, I think I would really not. Any suggestions?
Just seen the status of LR installed to not installed. I was just in the cloud application settings pane. Very strange.

Creative cloud update: 15 installation error
Hello
I'm updating some creative Cloud for the latest versions of 2015 applications. (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop). I have successfully installed the Acrobat update but it fails on others.
Error message is the exit code 15. Anyone got any ideas how to install. Nothing mentioned on the list of error codes Adobe installs. If anyone has any help that would be appreciated.

I have cleared all my browsers cache, uninstalled the app and re-installed, cleaned up the hosts, checked every single thread that is available with the same problem... none are resolved.

Cloud update creative Installer
The most recent version of the CC-install cannot be downloaded and installed. Always error code 201 Who can help? Adobe? (MacOS 10.10.5, clean restart, all Adobe Apps and libraries removed, browser Adobe-Cleaner, newer, no antivirus tools...)

When cloud try to update I get this error of 5%:
"office creative cloud has no up-to-date. (Error code: 72) Contact Customer Support.
I can not find error 72 in these support pages.
OS: Windows 7

Cloud Desktop Creative Installer is frozen
The Creative Cloud Desktop Installer froze on the screen "Download Creative Cloud Desktop" (see image).
I tried many things to fix the problem. More recently, I uninstalled all Adobe CC applications and run the cleanup tool Adobe CC.
Any ideas? It stays frozen on the screen below.
Thank you Jeff, after having spent 5 hours trying different solutions with Adobe support chat, I decided to just do a clean reinstall of the operating system. It worked.

Creating cloud App does not install
Updated cloud creative app install gets to 100% and then closes. I re - open app told me there and update the same thing. I've updated the about 5 times now.

Could you please share the OS version you are using? In case you are using a windows machine, try to run the installation as an administrator and to share the results.
As you tried to update creative Cloud applications a few times now. I ask you to download the version of the application from this link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and install again.
Before installing the latest version, please try to uninstall creative cloud this link: CC help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud.

Try out us by activating the user Root account and try to install.
Root user account activation step:
OS X Mavericks: enable and disable the root user
(Applies also to Yosemite)
How to connect as root
- If you are connected, choose quit from the Apple menu.
- If you connect from a list of names of users with pictures, click on the other.
- In the name field, type: root
- In the password field, type the password that you set when you configure the root user account.
Once you connect to the Root account trying to install creative cloud app and check.
Note : before installing, make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager are folders do not present under utilities, it is very important.

I just switch to CC to photographers. I downloaded and uninstalled Manager creative cloud several times and whenever I do tab apps under creative cloud wrote "the installation is no longer functional. Uninstall and reinstall... I continue to do this with the same results
