  This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

  2. Conflict between third-party applications.
  3. Corrupt system files.

  Try the steps listed here and see if it helps:

  Method 1:

In recent days, I put the CD and discovered that we had finally got the right CD. Records of the system and the recovery disks, but I tried to listen to music and watch movies, but no sound. It bothers me because I tried to solve this problem for over a year. I'm hard pressed economy, and the need to understand this point before I go to College. I don't really have the money to buy another laptop.
