Cloud creative numbers annual monthly payment cancellation

I signed up for the kit of the annual monthly student for the Cloud Creative Adobe in may 2015.  I assumed I was getting service, but when I went to cancel that there was no link indicating that I had purchased access (who's going so there is nothing to cancel).  However, I have been charged $21,36 each month since may, 2015 for the service.  I called customer service and they told me there was no purchase is made.  They suggested the possibility that it is under a different e-mail account.  I checked all that my email addresses thinking that it might be possible, but none of them showed a purchase, they were all still "free".  They that indicated that there was fraud and he told me to report it to my Bank.  Currently, it's from here.

How would it have happened when I tried to purchase through the Adobe Web site?

The order placed online needs of credit card details to be completed by one who is of the order.

There may be a chance that someone has the details of your credit card & used to place an order, you may contact our support & ask them to consider our team with the following details:

1 last 4 digits of credit card number

2. expiry date

3. type of card (Visa/Amex)

4. name of the holder of the card

5. amount & date responsible

If it is still without fresh then up his fraud & needs to be challenged with the Bank.
