Before uninstalling it to reinstall in December, I signed up for the membership student creative cloud. I was told to cancel the fact inorder to reinstall CS6. So I did that, which now gives me the free version of creative cloud. Now CC says subscription expired and I noticed that some of my apps (that I own) start over. Instead, I get a creative cloud error message telling to renew your subscription. Can someone please help me to solve this problem and get my apps? I have my serial number for CS6.

  My unexpectedly individual fonts kit and I need to Resync.  Is to be stopped b/c I can't update CC it's discontinued on that bar of 5% and only showing not connected to the network.  The word that uninstall and reinstall is successful, but I cannot because an error showing that CC cannot be uninstalled with other installed programs in need.  Please help - I tried to close all programs and restart several times without success.  Under Windows 7.

  (1) open following link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html

  (2) open a new tab in the same browser

  (3) open the following link in this http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx3_4_1_181.zip tab

  (4) unzip the files using 7zip or winrar

  (4) install creative cloud using the stup file obtained after having unpacked the file

  Note: It is important to do this step by step as opening first link is to ensure that you get no error of access denied when using the second link in this browser.

  How can I do this?

  You must locate the hearing preferences folder and make a copy of the appropriate files. When you have set up another machine, it will be a "vanilla" located in the same location. All you do then is to replace the files in there with those that you copied. In this FAQ, you will find information on the location of the file (which by default is hidden):

  Don't worry it saying CS6 - the path is essentially the same thing, only with a different version number at the end (the current version should tell 8.0). The FAQ also has information on the files to copy and modify.

  I'm on Windows 10. I decided to erase the current Bureau of creative cloud and applications included on it, because I had problems to open the. I deleted all, has executed the cleanup of creative cloud tool and install the latest version of the creative cloud Office.   Please follow Panel Apps shows not pre-installed creative cloud applications or CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when it is not installed

  Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. You can try the following:

  Open the Task Manager and kill the following processes:

  -Cloud.exe creative

  -Adobe Office Service.exe

  -CoreSync.exe

  -CCLibrary.exe

  -AdobeIPCBroker.exe

  -AAM updates Notifier.exe

  Now download the Installer Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps and run it.

  To diagnose the problem, I would appreciate if you could share your machine logs. You can use the collector logging tool and download the zip file created on the desktop for your choice of file sharing service. Send me the link for the file to download. I give you my email id in a private message on this forum.
