Cloud of Creative Adobe tries to charge me twice

So I'm at my Bank and seeing that I was charged my subscription student at Adobe on September 5 for my monthly fees, but today the 7, I noticed and saw to her tried to charge me again and my creative menu cloud says that my apps will be close.
