Cloud of Creative Adobe tries to charge me twice

So I download VAC and I have lunch there. But it is a small loading and after loading I have nothing...

then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

I recently bought a subscription to Creative Cloud for all usual design programs, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Everything downloaded and works great except for Adobe Acrobat Pro, it requires a serial number and won't work without it! I'm confused why he asks serial numbers when already paid as part of my creative cloud. I'm I missed something?

I have cc installed on 4 computers (desktop computers 2, 1 macbook pro 3 surface and 1). of course, I can sign, at most, two computers at any given time, but it's easy to sign with cc: you can connect on your other computers using the one you take on your trip if you forget to log out before you leave.

I had this problem for a few days. The creative cloud app shows just a blue circle perpetual rotation without result.

I think they'll at least they cancelled before Adobe their bill again for a new subscription... basically an opt-out approach to dealing.
