  I have four PC all currently running Win XP Professional Service pack 3. Unfortunately only two of them will run the extension bat files when I double-click the file or run the file at the cmd prompt. The other two for some strange reason will not. When I double-click on them the cmd window opens quickly and then stops as quickly. There, someone knows what's the problem?

  I tried to do my research and on another forum, someone suggested to reinstall or repair the cmd. Is this possible? If so, how? What is the right course of action at all?

  Please if someone could help me to solve this crisis, I would be extremely grateful. Without these bat running files, I can't render my farm runs correctly. Thank you.

  Dell provided you with restore/recovery media and/or a way to restore the machine 'default' as a key sequence?  If so - you won't need the number--unless they just sent a DVD of Windows 7 nu - and they are usually not unless you ask.

  They have probably installed using their key, which means that even with a utility like Belarc Advisor or ProduKey - you will not get the product key that matches the one on the sticker.

  Some may have you take several different digital pictures of the sticker from different angles and see if you can decipher the missing characters like that (you'd be surprised to see how that works).

  There is no check duplicate for either through the UI or through WS Contact records. CRM On Demand imposes no constraints of uniqueness on any of the fields individually or in combination, you indicated in your message. There are constraints of oneness through import (for online help):

  Contact
       
  * Surname, name, work phone # and Email

  OR
  * External ID (created by another software system)

  OR
  * Online ID (Oracle CRM On demand ID)

  NOTE: Oracle CRM On Demand does not check for duplicate records when the contacts are created through the user interface.

  There has been a lot of problems using svn with dw, and I know many people who have stopped trying to operate correctly.

  As much as I know dw will not work with newer versions of svn (over 1.5), and even then, there are a lot of problems, a possible solution is to try subweaver (at- http://code.google.com/p/subweaver/ ), as this has solved some of the problems associated with the use of tsvn dw environment.
