• How can I check the color profile for the current document?

  I would like to create a script that checks the color profile of the current document and it compares a string, for example "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1. My studio is a script that performs various functions to make sure that all the layers are visible/unlocked, check the Eparses points, etc., and we want to add a control to the color profile because we support a large number of files and this setting is overlooked a lot.

  It's alright if this value is not writable by the script (we can just pop up an alert informing the user that they need to change it), but I can't find where to read this setting! We are currently working on Macs, with JavaScript, but no helping hand in the right direction would be great.

  He appears only in the PDF and HAVE options record and only as a Boolean value true or false. It doesn't seem to be available to scripts.

  In an article with multiple instances: is there a way to get the number of the current item? If for example, I'm on the 3rd point, is it some sort of integrated "GET CURRENT NUMBER REGISTRATION" which would return a '3' to the program?

  Just to be absolutely clear on this point - the problem here is that the file is in ProPhoto RGB.

  Windows 'Photos' isn't the color management and cannot represent a ProPhoto file correctly. No more than any other application without color management.

  Convert sRGB. It is the right answer to your question (which is the error of the very common beginner, BTW).

  In Photoshop, go to Edition > convert to profile > sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1.

  If you're Using "export as" or "Save for Web", just check the box convert to sRGB.

• Except for the color change of the Web of gifs

  I'm trying to 'save for web' a gif, and I get a change of color each time. I changed my color settings so that it is set to RGB monitor and it is extracted under test format as well. On the Save for Web window, making sure that "Convert to sRGB" is checked as well.

  Saving as a gif you are inevitably reduce your color up to 256 colors gamet and so according to your original image you can result in a change of color simply by there. You must however not use your display profile in your color settings. If you want to put something on the web or in an application that is not color has managed the best choice is sRGB.   I found an old discussion about the same question, but it was not an answer.

  My videos colors change when I upload them on Youtube. Colors are desaturated roughly. I can solve the problem of really saturated video rendering, but y at - it another way to avoid the colors to change?

  I use first cs6 and Windows pro. I used the h.264 settings, but I think that I had this same problem with other parameters too (but not sure). Should I try with other rendering parameters or wrong my creation parameters?

  Problem solved! Somehow, the problem was my internet browser, Google Chrome. With other browsers, I don't have the problem of color. And after you reinstall chrome it works also very well with Chrome.

  Hello, I'm pretty new to flash and actionscript, having recently been introduced to Flash MX. Everything flowed smoothly so far. Here's the scenario:
  
  I create a new document and create a symbol of video Clip, then add a motion tween. So far so good. Can I edit the symbol and on the first frame of the clip add action "_alpha = 50";. All of a sudden the motion tween stops working.

  This problem me totally baffled, that actions like stop(), gotoAndPlay() to the same place and do not affect the interpolation, while other actions of color (for example Color.setTransform) show the same behavior. All reviews are much appreciated!

  Thanks a lot for your time kglad, but I managed to find a workaround for the problem in simply by converting the symbol to a symbol again. It seems that only interpolations in the immediate parent are affected, so the new symbol can be interpolated normally, while the original symbol is still affected by the actionscript code.

  I want to change the color of police and background of ALL at once.
  
  I added items to the GUI for my small application during the few weeks of script while it was easy to add the line after line of:
  .setBackGround (back);
  .setForeGround (fore);
  When the back and before are colors defined via a menu option and change very often.
  I think 'look and feel' is the way to go, but before I learned something that can not help me, I want a little advice.
  I tried to make a list of arrays of type Object and then calling in a loop, but unfortunately java don't believe me that all the objects in the table has so setBac... and setFore...

  The Basic code to change the properties of all the text fields should be something like:

  UIManager.put("TextField.foreground", new ColorUIResource(...));
  UIManager.put("TextField.background", new ColorUIResource(...));
  

  You need code like this for all of the components that you want to change.

  Read the section of the tutorial Swing on [url http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/lookandfeel/plaf.html] how to set the Look and Feel. I think you should call the updateComponentTreeUI() method.
